I've never been to Singapore so I can't compare, but it was the best Hainan chicken I've had in my life.
The meal came with three sauce, soy sauce, chilli sauce and ginger scallions; I thought the soy sauce was kinda weird tasting, the chilli was whatever and wasn't too hot & the ginger scallion was missing salt.
The rice was soft and flavourful. Overall the chicken itself was the highlight.

Chicken rice is sooo good.
