“Everytime we go to this burger king the service is always so friendly (we use drive thru most of the time) the food is fresh and wrapped so nicely....like they care. This burger King has some high standards when it comes to quality and we noticed. Thanks for caring!“
“I've recently been going to this location at least once a week to buy my 90 year old mom a Big Fish Sandwhich which she loves with extra tartar sauce. (she hates the competitor's fish because portion sizes are small). I always use the drive thru to place my order on my way home. Especially on Fridays, even when I see 2 rows of cars ordering, they are being processed fast and driving up to the serving window. And now let me know why - I got to meet the drive thru worker PAM. Even when she takes your order on the intercom, you can instantly tell it's someone who's very cheerful and involved in customer service, sounding very bubbly & energetic. So when I drive up to the window, you see this woman completely smiling at you, FULL of energy bursting while taking your payment & giving your food quickly. You don't feel like they're rushing, meaning she treats you like a VIP that you are, with no attitudes, and makes you want to return soon because your experience with Burger King was great. I hope you all like my review and that this helps. I can't speak for anyone else's reviews, but this is MY review, MY experiences from the past few weeks going here and not once has there been any problems, even when there's someone else at that window! “Gotta give them credit, the girls taking orders up front are always nice and calm, even with drug addicts/homeless harassing them.
The food is always so FRESH AND HOT !!!! For reals I've never got old or stale fries , and my burgers are always Delicious.
I would consider a security guard how ever for the drug addicts/homeless sometimes I won't get a refill on my drink because these guys touch the soda machine looking like they might have aids or a staph infection.
Other than that, great job.

“My sister and l decided to do a me day and of course with all the shopping we did it was that time to take a break at three pm. We said the closest BK was so cool the customer service was top-notch I went to the BK website and individually the Whopper was 3.49 under the Whopper Wednesday customer service worker she was so helpful being my sister and l are seniors the coolest part l now no how to order on line. My sister and I will be going back to the BK went to in the upcoming months kudos to BK for hiring workers is provided professional customer service workers retired Social Worker level 3.

“Came here today after literally having the worst customer service experience at another Burger King up the street where I just had to walk out of. The guy working the drive thru here was so kind it’s almost like he knew what I just went thru at the other location! Food was so fresh also! Coming here was definitely a breath of fresh air!“

But then, a young beautiful woman named Kiana stepped in—she had a bright smile, and she made everything so easy. Her customer service was fantastic, and she really turned my experience around. “They absolutely killed my specific impossible whopper order and it’s very rare that they do it exactly right but it is so freaking amazing that I had to leave a review for them and take a picture of my bitten into impossible whopper so you can see how perfectly they did it! “Denene was extremely kind and welcoming. We came in originally just to grab a small fry and kill some time waiting to do a facebook marketplace pick up but she was attentive, genuine, and had a bright positive attitude. We ended up buying more than we planned and ended up having a great time. she gave us crowns and offered to take our picture in front of the wall. She was kind to everyone who came through the door regardless if they bought something’s or not. She connected with everyone who walked in and it made it a memorable and genuine experience! she for sure deserves a raise!“
“Was just here now. The workers are very friendly and amazing, however;the post here is about the vanilla iced coffee. It's premixed according to the worker. It literally has nothing but creamer and sugar and no coffee. It taste like pure sugar syrup. I had to ask for another cup with half water added so I could mix it just to be able to drink it. Also because no coffee could be added to it per the worker. Totally disgusting. Do not buy it.“
“Good breakfast was hot, double Sausage Croissan'Wich meal with Large Hashbrowns . I also had a iced coffee ,with French toast sticks. I ordered delivery to my home. It made me feel warm on the inside . I can fill my hunger and earn points from using my debit card rewards for having burgerking .“

“Staff is great. The place needs a good cleaning. The chairs are filthy, not a good look for a restaurant. Wipe your chairs down not that hard to do. The door should be cleaned too. “Came into the drive thru at 7:10 pm on 12/19. The order was taking very long due to them having to train a new employee. We probably waited in the drive thru for over 8 minutes at least. I asked for a refund and the manager was very courteous and helpful. The young lady that was at the register was also very friendly. They refunded me and gave me my food as well. I appreciate their guest resolution skills.“
“I went in this afternoon for lunch with my daughters and man they were busy but the staff handled it very well & in a timely manner. “I live across the street and come here often.Everytime I come to this Burger King everyone is smiling very professional, friendly, always willing to help, and always willing to give me my ice cream, unlike McDonald’s where it’s always broken and they have bad attitudes. To me it’s the little things that count specially in this heat and the ice cream tastes way better and thicker. I order burger meals, chicken sandwiches but I love my ice cream and it’s always clean. I’m bad with names but the guy who took my order was a smiling, friendly gentleman, tall, medium build, short short hair, black and was so nice. “They were so nice. I ordered 2 Happy Meals and an 8-piece fried chicken. I went through the drive-thru, and when I paid, I didn’t ask for the receipt. When I got my order, we received the 2 Happy Meals and the sides, but both the staff and I forgot about the 8-piece chicken. I was in a hurry, so I didn’t notice at the time.
After I dropped my kids off at school, I realized I had forgotten the chicken. I called the store, and they told me to come in. When I arrived, a lady helped me and showed me my receipt, and I confirmed the order. She said she would give me two orders to apologize for the inconvenience.
I was very happy. It wasn’t just their mistake—it was mine too. I didn’t blame them or complain, but I really appreciated how they handled the situation.“

“Drive thru at 1pm, 25 April. Sad to see so many bad reviews; hopefully, this is a sign of this location turning things around. I got the Texas whopper. Super hot and fresh whopper and fries. Best whopper I've had in a while, (I don't go to BK often, maybe once or twice every few months). Drive thru was fast.“
“Hit up the Burger King right across from Centennial Hospital, we walked in for lunch, and right away the manager GianCarlo helped me with the kiosk. I wanted to top the frozen cotton candy with vanilla ice cream and he was like, no problem, punched it all in, super friendly. Everything came out crazy hot!? double Impossible Whopper, half fries half onion rings, tasted like the fryer was just changed. Store looked spotless; even the bathroom smelled clean. Staff laughing, chatting like they actually like each other. That combo drink with the ice cream melted just right, sweetest finish ever. Damn good meal!!“
“I stopped off at Burger King after work to grab breakfast for myself and my coworker, and I have to say, the young woman working the register that morning truly went above and beyond. I didn’t catch her name, but she had tattoos which made her easy to remember. From the moment I walked up, her customer service was outstanding she was polite, friendly, and extremely helpful with me and every other customer in line.
What really stood out was what happened after I placed my order. On my way out, I noticed an older gentleman who was clearly down on his luck. I decided to come back inside and purchase him a sandwich and coffee, because everyone deserves a meal in the morning. Since I was short on time and had to leave, I explained the situation to her. Without hesitation, she made sure he got his food and coffee, treating him with genuine kindness and respect.
It may sound small, but that moment showed true compassion and professionalism. She didn’t just “do her job,” she went out of her way to make sure someone in need was taken care of. Honestly, I can’t remember the last time I experienced customer service this genuine not just in fast food, but anywhere.
She turned what could have been a simple breakfast stop into a memorable and positive experience that stuck with me for the rest of the day. Employees like her are rare, and she absolutely deserves to be recognized for the way she represents Burger King. “We popped in to grab some food after checking in and the lady at the counter was lovely. Ordering the food you have to use the computers and I was quite shocked at the price for food here especially the kids meals. Still we ordered our food and was so happy to see the Hershey dessert pie available. Staff were quick and my son was delighted when he realised he got a sonic toy which is his favourite thing at the moment.“
“I’m going to review this based on my own experience. Some of the previous reviews had me a bit concerned, but the food turned out to be good—actually, very good. Everything was hot and fresh, and I received my order in just two minutes. I also arrived around 10 p.m., when the place was fairly empty, which may have helped.“
“It was our first time dining there. Had to try dining on Top of the World while in Vegas! Paid the premium to get the window seats which was worth it. We dined early due to a show afterwards, so the sun was shining right from the window to our table. Since the restaurant rotates, you won't be facing the sun all the time. I believe the best time to dine there would be around 7 pm or so to watch the beautiful sunset. The menu does not have a wide selection of items but good enough to make people happy. Their bread is great and a must-try! We had the lobster and wagyu steak. They were good as well as the lobster bisque. Our server was attentive. I learned that since we dined at this restuarant, we could go up to the upper observation decks for free. So, we had a nice visit upstairs at the cafe level and the upper outdoor level. It was beautiful! I truly recommend this restaurant for a nice experience dining and seeing the view of Vegas! Prices are reasonable too compared to many other upscale restaurants.“
