“4 of us went for dinner and used the app to get the big bundle, but it wasn't enough food for 4 people. The app only allows you to order 1 bundle an hour, so endedup spending 20% more then we had planned on. If you use the app try to plan ahead so you order the big bundle an hour ahead so you can get something more when you get there.“
“Yesterday, I went for a burger, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff member who served me was rather unwelcoming and barely acknowledged me. The service was quite lacking, and overall, it wasn’t a pleasant visit.“

“Gotta give them credit, the girls taking orders up front are always nice and calm, even with drug addicts/homeless harassing them.
The food is always so FRESH AND HOT !!!! For reals I've never got old or stale fries , and my burgers are always Delicious.
I would consider a security guard how ever for the drug addicts/homeless sometimes I won't get a refill on my drink because these guys touch the soda machine looking like they might have aids or a staph infection.
Other than that, great job.

“My sister and l decided to do a me day and of course with all the shopping we did it was that time to take a break at three pm. We said the closest BK was so cool the customer service was top-notch I went to the BK website and individually the Whopper was 3.49 under the Whopper Wednesday customer service worker she was so helpful being my sister and l are seniors the coolest part l now no how to order on line. My sister and I will be going back to the BK went to in the upcoming months kudos to BK for hiring workers is provided professional customer service workers retired Social Worker level 3.

“I come very often and i’d just like to say the staff is very friendly no matter what time i come whether it be morning or night i am always satisfied , lobby is usually clean , workers are either making food or walking around wiping tables. i would give it a 10/10 tbh one of my go to places for fast food !“
“This is a very clean Burger King in the heart of North Summerlin. Easy access to Summerlin Parkway and Summerlin Hospital. Drive through service was efficient and professional. My order was correct and fresh. The hash browns were crisp and tasted like the oil was also clean. Orange juice was a good substitute for coffee. The croissant was fluffy and eggs tasted like they just came off the griddle. I would to visit this store again when I’m in the area!“
“They absolutely killed my specific impossible whopper order and it’s very rare that they do it exactly right but it is so freaking amazing that I had to leave a review for them and take a picture of my bitten into impossible whopper so you can see how perfectly they did it! Those pictures though… That’s called overuse and I definitely didn’t have to post those disgusting pictures but when you ask for the same veggies that are on top of the patty to be put on the bottom of the Patty and they do it perfect you gotta give them kudos and show you the amazing results.“
“I had had an issue with an order I place at the Burger King on Maryland and I called this location to see if they can help with my situation, not only did I receive a number to cooperate but I also received amazing customer service from the phone call to the service in person were alll exceptional ! Juanita was quick to apologize for the other restaurant experience as they are all cooperate and they know about this other store , they said they apologized on behalf the horrible service I received at the Burger King on Maryland & the bad customer service I received from other workers at the other Burger King location ! Tre’s phone etiquette was exceptional! & Lalas amazing service just completely turned my horrible experience into something memorable! Thanks for making my night the right way ! “Good breakfast was hot, double Sausage Croissan'Wich meal with Large Hashbrowns . I also had a iced coffee ,with French toast sticks. I ordered delivery to my home. It made me feel warm on the inside . I can fill my hunger and earn points from using my debit card rewards for having burgerking .“

“My hats off to the overnight staff. Everything was fresh and hot at 3 am. Fries were crisp and not overcooker or raw not overly salty or greasy. What truly impressed me the most is the picture perfect whopper. Just the right amount of topping and placed perfectly. Nothing fell off the bun and didn't look just thrown on. “Back in vegas for work and here I am. Excelente service in town for work purposes and I been going to this restaurant every single day for the past week. Thank you manager Lucia your team is amazing friendly and the food is good. I will be back next time I am in town.

“Staff is great. The place needs a good cleaning. The chairs are filthy, not a good look for a restaurant. Wipe your chairs down not that hard to do. The door should be cleaned too. People touch that then pick up the food. Gross. I won’t be back for awhile hopefully someone reads these reviews and takes the suggestions.“

“I've gone here three times so far at night. Tonight DJ listened patiently when I was particular about my order. He hooked me up with extra food/drink and his energy made my day infinitely better. And every other time I received service from someone else who were also extremely friendly and patient. I don't think I've been to a fast food place with customer service this consistently amazing. 11/10 recommend!!

“I live across the street and come here often.Everytime I come to this Burger King everyone is smiling very professional, friendly, always willing to help, and always willing to give me my ice cream, unlike McDonald’s where it’s always broken and they have bad attitudes. To me it’s the little things that count specially in this heat and the ice cream tastes way better and thicker. I order burger meals, chicken sandwiches but I love my ice cream and it’s always clean. I’m bad with names but the guy who took my order was a smiling, friendly gentleman, tall, medium build, short short hair, black and was so nice. “I stopped off at Burger King after work to grab breakfast for myself and my coworker, and I have to say, the young woman working the register that morning truly went above and beyond. I didn’t catch her name, but she had tattoos which made her easy to remember. From the moment I walked up, her customer service was outstanding she was polite, friendly, and extremely helpful with me and every other customer in line.
What really stood out was what happened after I placed my order. On my way out, I noticed an older gentleman who was clearly down on his luck. I decided to come back inside and purchase him a sandwich and coffee, because everyone deserves a meal in the morning. Since I was short on time and had to leave, I explained the situation to her. Without hesitation, she made sure he got his food and coffee, treating him with genuine kindness and respect.
It may sound small, but that moment showed true compassion and professionalism. She didn’t just “do her job,” she went out of her way to make sure someone in need was taken care of. Honestly, I can’t remember the last time I experienced customer service this genuine not just in fast food, but anywhere.
She turned what could have been a simple breakfast stop into a memorable and positive experience that stuck with me for the rest of the day. Employees like her are rare, and she absolutely deserves to be recognized for the way she represents Burger King. The truth is that eating anywhere in the USA is already somewhat expensive, but this option was very good for a good price and the best thing is that it was in the hotel where I stayed. “The kiosks were out of order, so we had to order at the counter. Not a problem, as I prefer face-to-face interaction anyway. You could tell the lady at the register was not used to taking orders as we had to repeat ourselves several times. Tables and self-service area were also well maintained.
