I come here often... just happened to come in on Sunday evening 3 hours before closing. Almost everything was empty and the guy refused to refill with fresh ingredients. The fire grilled chicken was rock hard. Ordered a salad and watched the guy pretend to scoop nonexistent guacamole onto it. Didn't even give me salad dressing, just a side of salsa. the service was good even though it wasnt ready i was offered a drink and everyone was nice. however this is one of my favourite spots and i still have not found one as good as the one by UNLV. same salad i get over there and it looks totally different. this is me moving everything around to get to this rice just to see its still a search for rice lol. kind of really makes the price not worth it.

Honestly, I had not been to Cafe Rio before today. But my driver said, "that's my favorite place." So, we go to the drive-thru - regular drive-thru service, nothing special. I ordered a Kids Grilled Chicken Quesadilla Meal (very small fried Quesadilla and fried chips) just to try it out - less than $6. And, the Quesadilla was quite good!? Real chicken and cheese. They didn't add Salsa for the chips - but they tasted homemade, nothing special. I'll probably go back.
