I takes a very long time for a sandwich. I guess he was the only one working. He should have said over a 30 minute wait. Crazy!

Great service, huge portions, and very tasty!!

Went to Capriottis inside Boulder Station midafternoon waited 10 minutes ar counter for counter service after which employee came over and said I have no one to help me and therefore I am not taking any orders. Went there and ate at Sbarros in same food court.

I arrived and terrible service, bad treatment, it says that it's open from 8am, it was already 8:30am and the people who were serving were very bad, shouting, the place is the one in the Boulder Station hotel

I've gotten food poisoning here a number of times. I used to enjoy the meatball subs but since the ingredient quality went downhill they've become next to inedible. The chicken chipotle from here and the sandhill location has also caused me severe and painful diarrhea. I don't think Capriotti's takes food handling seriously so any time I've gotten chicken it's turned out terrible.

I was there last nite around 8:30-9:00. I ordered Large classic cheese steak no peppers at all. I got home & when I opened it up it had Alot of jalapeños mixed in it. This sandwich shouldn't even have jalapeños on it!!! It was so HOT TASTING I threw it out. It was disgusting!! Why did they put Jalapeños on it????? I'm upset!

FANTABULOUS service from the 2 young gentlemen that worked the night we were there staying @ Boulder Station❣️❣️ 1 of our group had a severe food allergy & they accommodated ALL her needs, including but limited to fresh food gloves, cleaning off cooking utensils etc, all with a smile, respect, & true caring for the customers' needs ❤️❤️❤️
