“Carl’s Jr. is one of the few fast food chains that I like. This one is a mile and a half from my house, so I come here every week or two for the $3 single western cheeseburger, and sometimes for something different.
There’s nothing that really stands out about this location. It’s just a typical Carl’s.“

They actually care about you as a customer and they have an employee named Paula there and she so nice and friendly always with a smile and positive attitude when I come here and she’s here. If you want a burger and you craving Carls Jr I highly recommend you coming to this one. They take care of you. And the customer service experience is amazing. Especially for the amount you pay for your food you want it to be right and here you get good service and the food is delicious.“

My wife and I always end up going through the drive through super late in the evening and the graveyard manager Vince always greets us warmly and has never made a mistake with our complex order. There are four or five other burger places we pass by just to go to this specific Carl's Jr so we can see Vince. He's truly an asset to the service profession as well as the company.“

“Ive only been to this location only twice but both times ive had good experiences . The staff has been friendly and both times my order has been correct. And I haven't had to wait very long( granted both times I went it was a little before 3am) . I like this location and I wish every carls jr experience i had could be like this one. Also thier queso slaps. I tried it and it was very good, It was basically like a really good nacho cheese. I hope they can make it a staple item on the menu.“

“Whoever was working tonight at the window was amazing .our soda was flat and she fixed it . She took the time and did not rush .she also double checked that we had sauce and checked the order was right .she was very sweet at the window and was engaging .she made our night after a long day of doing lupus junk removal/ moving .she did alot better than some servers now a days .her service was excellent . “I love coming here dinning & drive thru. I had a great experience, will definitely come back. There is this young lady who is usually there in the afternoons Fernanda and her customer service is 10/10. She accommodates to your needs and is helpful, patient, and friendly. She checks on you if you need anything and offers to remove your tray if you dine in. The food here is also fresh and hot which I love and the dinning is always looking clean as she cleans the tables and clears the trays. She understands what customer service is and I love that, she needs a promotion as many don’t understand customer service, I will definitely be coming back !“

“This location is by far the best in Las Vegas. I love Carl’s Jr and have visited several and the atmosphere, customer service and the food is not only great but also visually fantastic! The manager and chef are have better personalities and Custer service than fancy restaurants. Yesterday, I experienced a distressing situation in your plaza when my car unexpectedly broke down. The temperature outside soared to a stifling 107 degrees, adding to the discomfort and urgency of the moment. As a cancer patient, I urgently needed access to restroom facilities. I had just shopped at Dollar Tree, and although their facilities were operational, I was denied access by the manager, despite the cashier’s willingness to assist. This denial felt particularly unkind and heightened my distress.
Seeking help, I entered your store where I encountered Ryan. From the moment we spoke, Ryan demonstrated genuine empathy and professionalism. He promptly allowed me to use the restroom, recognizing the urgency of my situation and treated me with dignity and respect. Not only did Ryan grant me access, but he also went above and beyond by personally preparing a cold drink for me. His thoughtful gesture provided much-needed relief from the oppressive heat and made a world of difference during those challenging hours.
I ended up waiting in the plaza for over four hours until my tow truck arrived. Though my groceries from Dollar Tree unfortunately spoiled during this time, my lasting memory is not one of disappointment, but of the extraordinary kindness Ryan showed me. His compassion transformed an otherwise distressing day into one marked by warmth and human decency.

“The night crew around 8 really held it down and still are lol. Never seen someone glued in place be everywhere.

Store is well kept. Employees are quick and courteous. Some hours are busier than others that's for sure but they get it too you fresh and hot at not that long of a wait.
10 outa 10. Used to be here more often just moved away but still pass by and will continue to do so.“

“The prices are high, if you don't have a coupon or their App. Food was average, but I really like their western bacon cheeseburger. The BBQ sauce is good.I would eat there more, but somehow Carl's food doesn't agree with my wife's stomach at all, and again, the price.“
