“I love this location . The employee julie brown was very friendly and helpful the manager bre has very good hospitality and was very polite I enjoyed the visit here I’ll love to come back .

“Food is great & very hot! But I was here over 1 month ago & the women's bathroom is exactly the way it was over a month ago! The bi handicap stall is still out of order & the other small bathroom stall still has the light out over it so it's very dark in that stall! I had to go to the bathroom before I ordered which was a hassle with the lady at the counter. I told her I planned on eating here but I need to use the bathroom first. She explained that it's only for customers so I had to say it again, "I've got to use the bathroom before I order unless you want a clean up at the beginning of your line here!" Then she handed me the key. I understand about keeping the homeless out but I don't look homeless at all & I needed to use their bathroom even though it was not in great shape! 🤨“
“OMG !!! I just had the best experience with their new El Diablo Charbroiled Burger!! Spices on top of spices. Spicy and delicious…. I hope when I come back that the experience is the same. Thank you and your staff for that restaurant quality experience. Amazing!“

“Not gonna lie, but haven't had Carl's Jr in a while, but I went In today, I got me a big carl, and I'll be honest, that was the best burger I had in a while. The quality of the food was beyond amazing. The store was clean, and the General Manager Andrea with good customer service and good leadership with her team. All well done to team effort. “Whoever was working the grill today 9/19/2024 at 3pm Likes their job we came through the drive-through service was quick simple as it should be as soon as I got home, I opened up my burger, and it looked like it came from the billboard was looking almost too good to eat, and that was one of the best burgers I have had from Carl’s Jr. in years. Fry’s were fresh too! Worth the money.“
“Great famous burger. Went thru drive thru hamburger was good fries were hot.🔥 And that's a deal breaker. If the food is not hot, forget it! But it was delicious Carl's Jr. Thank you to the drive-thru lady and the other employees for making the food and it being hot and fresh. Will go to the one on Tropicana in Las Vegas, NV.

“Seriously, $30 plus for 2 combo meals doesn't float my boat nor is it good value to me. Live & learn. A grilled cheese at home would've cut the cheese but I wasn't near home so I digress. Sorry Carl, it's not you, it's me.
Next time, I'll give your $5.99 combo meal a try. I've a feeling it'll be more satisfying than my $15 meal that left me...well... unsatisfied. I'm not breaking up with you but I'll definitely use much more discretion in the future. I love you mean it. bye. Facts ain't defamation.“
“Great food, served fresh and with Incredible speed. The service is also very good. I was able to order while the nice customer complimented me and right when I just sat down they brought me my food on the tray. I was being incredibly difficult and indecisive and the cashier was very patient with me and helping me through the menu.“
“Food is always fresh so if you’re going complain about the wait go to McDonald’s where they have you wait for cold food..Employees always have such a great attitudes… This location and the one on Bonanza and Nellis are definitely worth the trip…“

“Ok so I have to say out of all the Carl’s Jr.’s I’ve been to, the service at this one was definitely the best.! There are two girls that are always so sweet when I come in. One’s name is Gwen and the other is Gina. They always take time to see how I’m doing and to put a smile on my smile. I always look forward to going to this location ☺️“

“The prices are high, if you don't have a coupon or their App. Food was average, but I really like their western bacon cheeseburger. The BBQ sauce is good.I would eat there more, but somehow Carl's food doesn't agree with my wife's stomach at all, and again, the price.“
“The food was phenomenal! Your manager there, what's her name? Jennifer is a wonder to be around. If I had anything to complain about I just wish you would add strawberry/grape jelly to the menu. The biscuit can be a little dry. 11/10 otherwise. Please think about the jelly.“
“Great food as always! My mom lives on this side of town and we decided to stop for food. We went inside to eat and were helped quickly and with kindness. Sat down to eat and the tables all looked clean. It's in a sort of bare shopping center so it isnt too busy.“

Likely the most pleasant human we have met at this hour of the night not to mention kept us laughing.
