Carmine's Italian Restaurant - Las Vegas

delicious dinner! Great service! Great ambience. Only thing i didn't love was waiter asked if i'd like a single or double wine and i said single. the wine glass was smaller than usual so when he bought mini carafe of it, i thought that's why. However, when i received bill, I reLiEd he had brought and charged me for the double.

Service was good. I ordered clams on the half shell raw. Either they don't know how to shuck clams or they take one clam and Split in two. Poorly shucked. We ordered stuffed artichokes. Extremely overcooked. Very dry and dehydrated. We love stuffed artichokes and these were very disappointing. The leaves were black. I am an Italian chef for many years and would never let those leave my kitchen. We had the chicken Saltibocca. That was pretty good. We really went for the artichokes so we were extremely disappointed. The server was definitely the best part of the experience. He was great.

Our server was absolutely amazing. She just made the experience so much better, offering suggestions on food and just really bringing such a great vibe. Vegas is overstimulating, loud and obnoxious and this place, yes, very busy but it truly felt like we were the only ones there. Definitely recommend!

Great food, beautiful ambience and the service we received was awesome, everyone was very nice and welcome.

Get ready for lots of great food and wine at Carmines!! The Penne alla Vodka is fabulous! Always a favorite for us when visiting Las Vegas! Juan was amazing and very helpful!! Will ask for him next time we go!!

Unbelievably unprofessional. Judged from the moment I walked in.
I had an absolutely miserable experience at Carmine's and deeply regret spending a single dime here. When I arrived, there were easily more than 10 empty tables clearly visible. Despite the open space, the host completely refused to seat me at a table—making a blatant, superficial assumption that I wasn't going to spend money.
Because of her terrible attitude, I was forced to take a seat at the bar, which was a horrible and uncomfortable experience. The ultimate irony? I ended up spending over $700 USD.
On my way out, the host looked incredibly awkward and embarrassed, clearly realizing how badly she had misjudged a paying guest. It was a humiliating way to be treated. I genuinely regret coming here and will never return. I am already making it a point to tell all of my friends, family, and colleagues to avoid this place like the plague. Save your money and go somewhere where the staff treats guests with basic respect.

I can't say enough great things about this restaurant! First, Kaye is awesome setting up reservations. She made everything so easy for us! She even helped pick out a great menu! Jane was definitely our hostess with the mostess!!! She was so friendly and efficient. Our entire party adored her. The food was spot on. Everything was prepared perfectly. Everyone said so many great things about our event. Thanks so much!!!

Carmimes is great. The food, atmosphere and the service. We were a party of 14 and they accommodated us and took such great care. From the manager, server, bartender, all pleasant and helpful. The food was phenomenal. The pastas, fried zucchini is a must. Everything we ordered was exceptional

Hostess was completely rude, did not want to seat us, tables were open, I told her that there were plenty of reservations open online. She did not care, said they were completely booked. So we walked out, booked online, then had to come back in and then she begrudgingly sat us. We should have just left. We fine dine every week and did not need the attitude. Regretted going there.

Porterhouse we ordered medium rare, came out medium well to well, $155 just on the porterhouse. And it tasted horrible. Waiter was really nice. Bad experience all around.

We never left a restaurant and felt angry and ripped off at the same time. Worst experience at a restaurant in 20 years.

The food was absolutely amazing. I've been to the one in New York and I gotta say the Vegas location is just as good!

The atmosphere and service was great! I gave four stars because my lasagna was good but the noodles were overcooked. Other than that it was a great experience.
