Food and atmosphere were great, but we had to wait over 45 minutes to get our table (reservation made 30 days in advance). Missed our final event of the evening because we were so late starting dinner. Once we got to our table, they did a great job of taking care of us. Just put a damper on our evening that we had to wait so long. They did comp our group dessert so they tried to make it up.

The food and service were beyond my expectations. Loved the lemon butter chicken on steamed spinach. I wish I was not flying so I could purchase several bottles of theor pasta sauce for home. Next trip to Las Vegas, Carmine's is a must for dining.

I was a little annoyed when I googled if you can room charge and it says yes. So then I called the restaurant and they also said yes. Then the night we ate I was told no. The reason we chose this place was to use our resort credit. So now our credit went unused and we were stuck with a bill we were intending.
