“Oh my goodness! My husband and I got meals from Chef on the Road this week as they opened up business to serving our place of residence at Auric and to our neighbors at Park Haven, and the food tasted amazing. It was packaged with lots of care so it keeps well and the price was definitely right for the portion and quality. The chef is friendly and his delivery person is quite nice as well. I feel the quality of the food is that of a restaurant. We will definitely order from them again and this time, we will plan ahead and do it the right way. There was some confusion on Tuesday and they were nice enough to drive back to us just so we could buy lunch from them. We just ate our hot meal this evening and it tasted wonderful! “Owner was very nice and responded quickly. He also was passionate about his business and thankfully helped me load all of the food in my car. Was planning on using an Italian chain but decided to support our small businesses and I'm glad we did! We ordered the Half tray Bow tie Garlic Chicken Italian Melody and the Full tray of Manicotti & Marinara with cheese for a catering event at the school and it was plenty of food for everyone. The Manicotti & Marinara was definitely the star of the show with it being basically gone by the end. We'll be trying the pizza next time too!

“Rafi made our first married Shabbos after Sheva brachos an absolute paradise! She included everything we could possibly need for a Shabbos on our own, including candles, a becher, challah cover, Shabbos napkins, a havdalah candle, besamim, and most importantly an absolutely delicious homemade Shabbos menu. The food tasted deliciously homemade, and was some of the best I've ever tasted! We had so much variety and so much extras left over! She made our Shabbos a dream come true! We are so so grateful!“

“A rare 5-star for a food court spot — and totally deserved.

While walking down Fremont Street with my family, we wandered into the Fremont Hotel looking for a quick bite. I expected average food court options… but the hotel and food hall were shockingly clean — like something you’d find in a high-end Beverly Hills mall.

Right at the entrance was Craft Kitchen, and the menu instantly caught my eye: comfort food classics + Hawaiian-inspired dishes (these tugged at my island roots immediately).

I tried the Hawaiian Garlic Chicken Bowl, my wife ordered the avo toast, and my daughter went for the garlic fries.
Everything looked artisan-level — not “food court food.” This was Fast & Furious-level souped-up comfort food, beautifully plated and absolutely delicious.

Portions were generous, flavors were on point, and I left both impressed and a little sad I couldn’t try more.

So glad I stumbled into this place.
Craft Kitchen is now my new favorite affordable off-Strip dining option. Highly recommend.“
