best server at Rally's! I recently visited Rally's and had a truly fantastic experience. I ordered the Big Buford and some fries, and the food was fresh, hot, and delicious – exactly what I was hoping for. What truly made my visit excellent, though, was the amazing service I received from Megan. She was incredibly friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Megan is, without a doubt, the best server I have ever had at any Rally's location. Kudos to the entire team, and especially to Megan, for making my meal so enjoyable! I will definitely be back.

This is a good little spot right on the corner of Boulder highway and desert inn and they make excellent food they got great ice cream cones and other a good example of how they'll conglomerates don't stand a chance against personal customer attention and and not mass produced they they cook them up right you know as you order it but it's a better quality it's not paper thin you know patties and and machine produced you know items but you won't be disappointed if you stop and check it out do it before it gets too cold

I went to place an order for me and my daughter and this girl did not say a word. SHE opened the window and took my order without saying a word. Then slammed the window shut.NOT A WORD SAID DURING MY VISIT. EVEN WE I SAID HAVE A GOOD DAY. We understand that everyone has bad days, but do not take it out on the customer.

I've been seeing 2 for $3 Spicy chicken and fish sandwich online, says that some locations may be higher, well they're 2 for 6.50 here, and they gave old hard dried out chicken and fish. I tried to give some fish to the dog and she wouldn't eat it.

Terrible food display and service , I ordered chili cheese fries and a chicken strip combo with BBQ sauce ....I get to the window and the girl tries giving me the wrong change already bad too busy chatting with her Comadre ...I get home and my chilie fries are tossed all over cheese on the bag and chicken , I'm missing my fries and of course the dipping sauce ...How can you mess up an order this bad when all u have to do is look af the screen and pack the bag according...the robot takes the order that's one less job for you to do ....smh this generation has us screwed...

On Wed night 1/29 my girlfriend and I went through the drive-thru. And I don't know if someone was playing around or you actually have an AI device taking orders but either way it was very frustrating and annoying. Whoever that was or whatever program that is they should never do that again. And based on that alone I will never go to this rallies ever again.
