10/16/2025. Staying at the Fountainebleau for the first time. Got some coffee and snack just to hold us over before dinner 1. Pumpkin spice latte with extra sugar and almond milk: fantastic 2. Chocolate croissants $8: very good pastry 3. Location: first floor: right across from the casino floor. Easy to find.
Definitely recommend it for breakfast and pastries

There are sooooo many good looking treats in here is think I gained 10 pounds just walking through getting a coffee!!! The coffee was really good...I will come back to get some treats as my wife got a chocolate chip cookie and it was sooooo good.

This is a great 24 hour spot in the Fontainebleau - their cookies (especially the Chocolate and Pistachio one) are amazing. Their coffees are fantastic and the line moves quickly too. Great casual spot

Chez Bon Bon is a great place to grab a quick bite/coffee at the Fontainebleau. They have Gelato and lots of ready-made, refrigerated items. My only disappointment was that they didn't have the chia pudding cups like they do at the Miami location. They do have some overnight oats/fruit options thoughđ

VERY RACIST BEHAVIOR!!!
Went in to get a tiramisu. This white man with a long ponytail gave us a contemptuous look immediately. Then he asked what we wanted. As soon as we said tiramisu and chocolate cake, he walked away and began tending to a female customer instead. Meanwhile, someone else greeted us, assisted us, packed our cakes, and placed them on the billing counter.
This incompetent ponytail server witnessed all of this, yet still decided to take our packed cakes and attempt to hand them to the female customer he was serving. She was loudly insisting she only wanted a bottle of water, so even we knew she wasnât there for cakes. She even looked perplexed when this insolent individual tried to pass her our order.
Then, after we paid, he carelessly tossed the packed cakes onto the counter as though he were granting us some kind of favor. True, he didnât throw them violently, but if you have cameras, youâll see exactly what he did.
If youâre reading thisâyou escaped accountability because we came there to celebrate. An abhorrent, prejudiced individual.
However, the tiramisu and chocolate cake was absolutely delicious.

Flat and pistachio was overpriced and overrated. Flaky, but also a bit gummy and hurt my teeth a little to chew. Not worth the hype

Overpriced garbage. Small servings of coffee, filled with air, and not even hot. Stay away!
The tables are not kept clean and have coffee stains and grains of sugar all over. For as high as a price they charge, your experience is definitely one of the lowest. I hope they go out of business soon.

Pricey (well I guess not for a Vegas hotel) but actually good. Tried the other cafe upstairs but line was too long and small seating area. This place is a normal sized cafe and everything we tried was good

Beautiful bakery inside Fontainebleau Las Vegas! The wide range of dessert selection is amazing. We love trying new food, especially desserts. So, we knew that we had to stop by Chez Bon Bon. Was not disappointed at all. When you have time, make sure to check out the different croissant options.

I really liked their Ribbon Croissant đ„. Coffee was okay đ. It would be much better if they served the croissant on a plate instead of just handing it over in a brown paper bag.
