Cipriani Las Vegas offers a convenient food option near the Encore Theater. The calamari, octopus, and pasta dishes were a bit disappointing, lacking flavor. The lunchtime menu had limited options, but at a great price. The dinner experience was pleasant, with tasty cocktails and very good food, especially the bolognese. The lack of Vegan options was noted, along with the energetic noise level. The service was excellent but slightly chatty. However, the inability to bring your own wine was a major downside for the reviewers.
