Honestly can’t see what the complaints are all about. Kiosk took less than 3 minutes. We got early check in despite being sold out the night before. Kudos to the hard working cleaning staff. Room is massive and spotless. Staff are courteous and accommodating. Rio, like the Strat, is bottom of the price list for expensive Vegas so if you’re expecting more then pay more. Maybe pay the extra $$ and check in early do you don’t get the leftovers - if you can. Good for the price....read full review
The whole hotel looks dirty and in need of much repair. Carpets had stains, hallway dirty and the room that was supposed to be a suite was awful. The wash and face cloths were shredding and dirty. I would never stay there again.
It appears that Ceasars is taking over and they are in the middle of a transition. However, they have a serious check-in issue. I waited 3 hours in line beginning at 1:30 a.m. There were 300 people in line. The employees were overwhelmed and the guests were yelling. My friends arrived the next day around 7:00 p.m. and it took them 2 hours to check in. I ran into people on elevator my last day and they said, "that check in was brutal".
