“This became "our" coffee shop during a trip to Las Vegas -- the location was stunning and an oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of Vegas. The coffee was delicious and consistent. The pastries available were yummy and we loved the atmosphere and vibe of the place. Would be our daily spot at home if it could be!“
“I do not like the galatically inclined version of Seattle-based coffee. Their beans always feel burned and the additives are necessary to mask the horrid flavor. Desert Wind is where it's at. The beans are fantastic, the flavor is spot-on, and I don't need three pumps with a pound of sugar to enjoy the coffee. Yes, they offer that, but a cup of their Guatemala blend with a dash of sugar is the way coffee should taste. The staff is excellent, and we love that the owner supports local artists by allowing them to sell their creations in the store. Great ambiance, nice people, and amazing coffee.“
“Hip roaster with a wide range of good coffee options. Short Cafe Latte hit the spot for me - strong flavour complete with coffee art. Line up to order and collect your food from the counter. Didn't really like the Vesta breakfast but that's just personal taste - it's like an egg burger with potato chips. The herbed avocado toast was great however. Friendly vibe with free wifi too.“
“Without question, this is the best coffee you will find in Vegas. Every day they have a special coffee of the day to try, so you can easily explore flavors from all over the world without spending a ton. And on Wednesday they have 100% Kona.“
“Just like a few paint strokes from an accomplished artist can elevate a canvas, a barista with great technique and right recommendation on patience can bring out what a pour over coffee can be!Yaw Farm is elevating each cup and you can definitely tell from their vibe. The environment is very understated with the highlight on the exceptional roaster that was working in the back. Yes, the beans they sourced were top notch but that adds to how their importance comes out organically and it doesn’t put a huge spotlight on it.The whole set up draws the customer in and without overwhelming them invites them to explore their next coffee cup.I really appreciated them telling me to let the Ethiopian coffee settle for 6-8 minutes. With the same beans, I could experience such different notes that I could never extract at home. This is the place that any pour over coffee establishment should strive to be!I hope they keep their passion for coffee going… one pour over at a time!“
