Collins is a great spot to unwind for drinks and conversation with business partners. The vibe is chill and intimate, different from open and loud spaces like Bleau Bar. Service is great and there are plenty of seats. A piano sits at the entrance, though no one plays it most of the time. The bar is exceptional, offering high‑end and unique cocktails using infused barrel selects. It is beautiful and welcoming. The piano players rotating nightly, playing various skills and styles. The atmosphere is quiet on Sunday evenings, with a great pianist and nice ambiance, and easy to find by the hotel entrance near registration. A few cocktails are perfect before dinner. Staff are efficient, though sometimes moody, but next set of staffers were much happier and engaging. The location feels hidden and intimate, making it a good spot for a few cocktails or before dinner.
