The quality here is amazing! Simple, refreshing & super delicious. It’s worth the price! They have products like cheese, pickled items & deli meats you can purchase as well.

Had a great experience at Cured & Whey! Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The meats and cheeses were excellent, and the sandwiches were packed with flavor. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. Definitely a great spot if you’re looking for high quality food and something a little different. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Cured & Whey is a fantastic place to purchase charcuterie for a crowd. The sandwiches are outstanding, especially the porchetta pepper club and the cold turkey sandwich. The food is amazing, with fresh, delicious, and beautifully arranged selections. The cheese counter expert is attentive and knowledgeable about all the cheeses. The amazing staff makes the most amazing sandwiches with real imported and smoked meats and cheeses, and the breads are all from local artisan bakeries. The location away from the strip makes it a perfect stop for lunch or for meats and cheese on the way through Vegas. It is a little bit off the beaten path, but SOOOO worth it. Cured and Whey has changed thinking about delis in Las Vegas. Great sandwich and very friendly staff.
