Dairy Queen in Las Vegas

“I ordered a cake, it was so beautiful and perfectly made. I believe Sarah took my order and believe she said she made it herself. I cannot express how grateful I am.
The store was very clean and neat. The bathrooms were clean
Most importantky the cake was really good! I will definitely be ordering for future birthdays or special occasions.
Oreo one is my fav. I have yet to get a blizzard ..I'll be stopping by soon

“I pass by here a lot, but don’t come by much. Which is kind of a shame because Dairy Queen was a huge part of my childhood. Anyway, I popped in today and I just wanted to say that the food was as delicious as it’s always been, and the girl working did a great job. I just got back from Europe where in general, customer service was thousands times better than it is here, no matter what someone was selling or doing. Pretty sure she was the only one working, there were a number of customers coming in, and she was detailed, kind and very pleasant. Didn’t need to be “above and beyond” to warrant a review , could just see she was a hard worker and cared what the customers wanted. These days it’s hard to expect much from most service experiences. But I’ve run a customer service company before and this employee is exactly the type of person I would have hired and promoted so I hope the manager/owner knows they have a gem and I’ll come back more often with the kids to support the business.“

“I feel like this location deserves a better rating then it has. Dillion was very professional, kind and considerate. The order came out in a timely matter. The store was clean. Been here a few times I'd definitely come back again........“

“Tonight we were helped by Marshal. It was packed and he was the only employee working. He did amazing. The line was moving quickly. He was so attentive taking the orders, making the treats, and charging customers...ALONE. He seems young and he was doing great. He was so polite. He kept his work area so clean and did not look stressed. He was doing it with such ease. Great job Marshal 👏“

“It was amazing. I got a chocolate with cherry dip. Excellent service. They even gave me something for free thanks Dairy Queen. I see why you guys are still open and it was a lot of traffic surprisingly but they’re the only ones that have cherry dip long live cherry dip! No pics next time I did also order some dilly barscherry dip of course. 10 out of 10.“

“I admit to having a soft spot for DQ/Orange Julius. These two titans of “cool treats” were staples growing up. Whenever I’d travel to the big city with the family, if we came across one of these in the mall, it was a proverbial “must stop.” Whether it was DQ with their soft serve (and the curl at the top!), or Orange Julius with their frothy beverages, it was a welcomed treat. Indeed, because of such memories I’m still occasionally pulled towards this dynamic duo for a refreshing beverage or ice cream. That’s exactly what happened on a recent visit to the Las Vegas South Premium Outlet shops.\n\nThe folks and I were out and about, exploring the South Premium Outlet mall in search of some Christmas presents. In the past, we would’ve patronized the Boulevard Mall but it’s sadly become a shell of itself in recent years, especially after losing its key anchor tenants in the form of JC Penny, Macy’s and Sears. We’d managed to find some good deals and were in the process of winding down our shopping excursion. It was at this point that I spied the DQ/Orange Julius signage in the food court area. I wasn’t particularly hungry, but was rather thirsty. The solution? A classic, frosty Orange Julius! Because of the late hour (just after 7PM), there was no line and I received my Orange Julius in good time. It was just as I’d remembered – refreshing, frothy, light and tasted distinctly like a creamsicle. Delicious!\n\nFOOD: 4/5\nSERVICE: 4/5\nVALUE: 5/5\nRECOMMENDATION: The classics never go out of style. If you’re cruising the South Premium Outlet shops and find yourself wishing for a sweet treat, the DQ/Orange Julius duo is the perfect stop to satiate any appetite. “I can't really say good or bad. This was my first time going to dairy queen and the food was ok. I got a basic burger and a caramel sundae. I may try them 1 more time so I can give an honest response. I gave the 4 star do to the customer service that was give and my burger was hot and the sundae was ok.“

“We stopped by Father's Day and got cones and Sundaes. They were very good we enjoyed them very much. They seem to be training new staff so they were very slow and taking orders and getting the orders out. We will of course be back because the ice cream is good“

“When your order is right, the food is good. You can't really mess up a blizzard, but my food order has been wrong a couple times. It's not the end of the world and the location is convenient. Staff is pretty friendly, and the wait times so far haven't been too long.“

“Went in one night and I was assisted with Jaylah. She was the most sweetest worker and very helpful. She took her time with helping me and my coupons. She got my food and blizzards ready in no time and her service was outstanding. Love coming to this DQ and having great and fast customer service all the time.“

“The girls at the front are super nice, friendly and very helpful. Manager appears grumpy but maybe that's what keeps the store running smooth. He was pleasant to me but appeared tough on the staff. Can't complain cause it appears to run smooth. Maybe we need more like him. Keep up the good work everyone at that store!“
