Everytime I'm in vegas I always go to Del Taco. Some of the best tacos ? I've ever had. Been going there the past 20 years. I've taken my daughter's and friends. You have to stop at the food court across from New York New York when your in town. Ate there twice this past weekend.
I hadn't been to a Del Taco in ages, decided to visit while on a business trip. Service wasn't the best, very obviously due to staffing issues, but my order was filled accurately and the food was tasty.

Located in the showcase mall food court area across from New York New York and closer to mgm. If you are coming from New York New York, take the over bridge. The food court as such is well maintained with lot of shops.We ordered here on our visit to Las Vegas strip. We ordered a veggie burrito black bean, but they mixed our order and gave fish taco. Since it was a taco, it was easy to identify because there were two rolls. Will be reluctant if I am vegetarian.
