$22 for what is sold as an omelet.... its not. Its precooked egg with your ham cheese tomato underneath!? Ugh fake omelet. Not really an omelet at all is it... unfortunately there's nowhere else at the Signature to eat so your kind of stuck if you don't want to leave the Signature.
Each meal was prepared amazingly well. I thought this was just a cafe, but when I bit into each meal (avocado toast with perfectly poached eggs, scrumptious steak salad, etc.), everything was elevated in taste, and suddenly I felt like I was eating at a much higher level establishment.

The lady was definitely shorthanded but kept things running smoothly. Expensive burgers and we were either starving or those were excellent! Because they are right here we headed back down for breakfast. We split an omelette meal and that worked out well. May eat there again depending on tiredness.
