My wife and I really enjoy staying at the Mirage when we come to Vegas but it’s felt like the property was being let go by MGM. I’m happy to report that the new owners, Hard Rock, seem to be investing in the property. I really liked it here! The room was so nice and the staff were very friendly. The casino was a bit noisy and the lights were too bright but that is how casinos work so I guess not much to complain about. The location was great as it right next to the best part of the strip and close to other hotels. The shops inside were great for essentials and souvenirs. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at The Mirage blighted only by an unfortunate leak and flood in our room on our last day. The hotel staff dealt with it accordingly but it was still an upsetting experience at the time and moving rooms wasn't straight forward. That is until we met Andrea from the security team. Andrea is a credit to The Mirage and you are lucky to have her. She was calm, caring, kind and so so professional.
