This is my second time ordering carry out at this location. Service is horrible and have to wait over an hr to receive your food. Two stars because it’s fresh when I get it but overall y’all need to work on better service and timing. Never had to wait an hr for pizza. SadWon’t be coming back!
Today I placed an order for pick up through the app. It was for a total of four pizzas. I had specifically selected no garlic seasoning on the crust for all four pizzas. When I drove home Two of the pizzas from my order had the garlic seasoning. I immediately called the store, made them aware of their mistake and they offered to remake the two pizzas, But I had to wait in additional 15 to 20 minutes. Poor customer service skills. People making the pizzas are either new or just don't care. Ordered a couple pizzas , salad , brownies and breadsticks. Gave us the wrong salad dressing , one pizza was burnt , the other was not even what we ordered. Not sure what the issue is but not the greatest experience at all.
