“This was the single greatest customer service experience I've ever had. The Happy deal is a $2 hot/iced coffee from 1-5pm or something like that. I've never been to Dunkin but the clerk at the counter told me about happy hour and she was so helpful every step of the way. She told about all the different flavors and explained a lot of thier food items to me. This is my new spot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!“

“The order taker must have been a new person. I order a hot coffee with Carmel swirl and cream. He repeats back a mocha with Carmel and cream. I had to correct and say again slow two more times, then basically tell how to make the drink. Then when I used my points for my free items, it took him to another level of frustration.“

“I went in yesterday for a mobile pickup order and I was told they had ran out of the milk for my drink . The worker was super nice and apologized and I was able to get another drink and she was kind enough to upgrade to a size large. She then told me she was the manager and I could call in the next day and my drink would be on the house . I called today and she offered some donuts as well . Exceptional customer service.“

“The Bavarian donut is a true Dunkin’ classic, but since there’s no Dunkin’ near my neighborhood, I’ve been craving it for so long. When I came to Las Vegas, I first tried the Dunkin’ near Palazzo but they didn’t have it. I ended up visiting 5 different Dunkin’ locations until finally, THIS store had the Bavarian donut! It totally made my day, and it was absolutely delicious. The store itself was also clean, comfortable, and enjoyable to stay in.“

“I love Duncan specifically for the frozen Matcha, it’s the best I’ve ever had. I only gave the atmosphere of four because I’ve never really been inside, but the outside is always clean and tidy and the staff is always friendly. I can always count on Dunkin to make the perfect frozen Matcha! 😁“

“Ordered the sourdough sandwich. This is made with 2 fried eggs, bacon and white cheddar cheese. It’s enough to start the morning, good hot meal and was quick to pick up. This location gets busy in the morning rush so you may want to come a little earlier.“

“The girl who worked Monday morning 2/10/25 was knocking it out of the park !! One gal show!! She ran the front and back of the restaurant and was amazing made me the best large shaken espresso with brown sugar and the two guys who worked Sunday morning were amazing , very nice also, and made my drink amazing and thankful they made my drink first cuz I came back, but today Tuesday 2/11/25 I don’t know what he did but my drink was terrible and I ended up throwing it away but thanks for the amazing days, dude on Tuesday need to figure out how they are making it … thanks for the great experience!!!“

“I LOVE THIS DUNKIN, if you want your drinks made the same everytime go here, it doesnt matter what time of day i go or who is working my drinks always get made the same ,and i love that about this dunkin. Its hard to find any coffee shops where all their employees make the drinks the same.Chelsey always has the best customer service and is always happy! The iced caramel macchiato is my go to!!“

“I don’t usually write reviews, but my recent experience at Dunkin was too good not to share. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how efficient and organized the team was. Even during a busy time, the employees handled everything smoothly, with great energy and professionalism.

I especially want to recognize Leo, who completely went above and beyond. I was having trouble deciding what to get, but Leo was so helpful and patient. He took the time to ask me what I like and gave me suggestions based on that. He genuinely cared about helping me find something I’d enjoy.
He actually checked in with me after I got my drink to make sure I liked it. That kind of attention to customer satisfaction is rare these days, and it made such a difference.“

“This was a great place to sit and get some of my homework done but unfortunately they close at 4PM which is pretty early. Once they closed the gates they didn’t clean the lobby, they cleaned behind the counter, locked up, and left leaving a dirty space. The seating area stays open even after their closing. The coffee was in point and the food was good but the hours are not ideal!“
