“I stop by every other morning before work for a quick bite. I always order the same thing lol! The sausage, eggs and cheese croissant. Sol always has a smile on his face. All of the employees are always super nice and try their best to get the drive through moving quickly.“

“This was the single greatest customer service experience I've ever had. The Happy deal is a $2 hot/iced coffee from 1-5pm or something like that. I've never been to Dunkin but the clerk at the counter told me about happy hour and she was so helpful every step of the way. “I love Duncan specifically for the frozen Matcha, it’s the best I’ve ever had. I only gave the atmosphere of four because I’ve never really been inside, but the outside is always clean and tidy and the staff is always friendly. I can always count on Dunkin to make the perfect frozen Matcha! 😁“

“A few years ago, we moved to the area, found this Dunkin' close to us, and were stoked. That said, several visits were horrible and we didn't return for quite some time. Recently decided to give them another shot... And have been back a few times since. She ran the front and back of the restaurant and was amazing made me the best large shaken espresso with brown sugar and the two guys who worked Sunday morning were amazing , very nice also, and made my drink amazing and thankful they made my drink first cuz I came back, but today Tuesday 2/11/25 I don’t know what he did but my drink was terrible and I ended up throwing it away but thanks for the amazing days, dude on Tuesday need to figure out how they are making it … thanks for the great experience!!!“

“I was one of the first 100 customers on grand opening day and received a coupon book good for one free hot or iced coffee every week for 15 months. Talk about above and beyond. This is the proper way to show your local community some love. When the casinos don't acknowledge locals anymore it's nice a giant like Dunkin' Donuts still does. Well played Dunkin'!“

“It’s Dunkin’ Doughnuts in a casino; it’s just as good as any other Dunkin’ you’ve probably been to, but you’re gonna pay that casino up charge. Not a terrible breakfast choice if you don’t mind paying more than you might be used to.“
