“This was the single greatest customer service experience I've ever had. The Happy deal is a $2 hot/iced coffee from 1-5pm or something like that. I've never been to Dunkin but the clerk at the counter told me about happy hour and she was so helpful every step of the way. She told about all the different flavors and explained a lot of thier food items to me. This is my new spot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!“

“It was a perfect Saturday Summerlin pit stop this morning at 8am for some donuts, a muffin bagel & juice! The donuts are fresh, soft, and perfectly round. We got glazed, devil's food chocolate, blueberry and sprinkled donuts with an "Everything" bagel & cream cheese on the side. Counters and floors were clean, but nothing seemed enticing about the atmosphere to "eat in." There was nobody in line so I walked right up, ordered and got out in 5 minutes! I recommend "to-go" orders but bummed they do NOT sell plain non-glazed donut holes! There were about 6 polite but quiet staff members waiting for those "still asleep due to Vegas late night activities" customers to arrive later. I did NOT get coffee this time as it has a weak flavor, it's nothing special and the java is a bit oily. I prefer the competition's brewed coffee but thanks Dunkin' for a yummy weekend treat!“

“I thoroughly enjoy every coffee experience I have at this location. The staff are always incredibly kind and helpful, even during particularly busy mornings. They keep the lines moving quickly and contribute greatly towards my happiness in the mornings.

The only “negative” (and this is in quotes because it was unintentional) experience I had consisted of when both coffees were placed on the same side of the cup holder, and they spilled as I pulled out of the drive through window. However, I was able to submit a message via the app to relay my experience. I was not expecting anything in return, as I just wanted to bring awareness. I was already planning on returning to the location as this was a once in a blue moon kind of mishap. However, Brenda (the manager) was absolutely wonderful and did her upmost to rectify the situation. I truly appreciate her and her staff’s consideration for me. Working in the service industry can be challenging, but Brenda and her staff always greet me with grace and are so considerate. Brenda’s affords to reach out to me after the mishap only fortifies my opinion of the employees at this location.

“Love the ease of ordering with the app, seasonal varieties, and good prices. They’re changing flavors keep me coming back.Service is usually pretty quick and coffee/treats are always tasty. Workers don’t conversation much but they get your order out efficiently.I only ever go to the drive thru so I can’t speak for ambiance.“

“A few years ago, we moved to the area, found this Dunkin' close to us, and were stoked. That said, several visits were horrible and we didn't return for quite some time. Recently decided to give them another shot... And have been back a few times since. “Me and my wife went in just to grab a couple coffees to beat the jet lag. Vijay (hope that was her name it’s on the receipt) was very kind and genuine and made great recommendations. Just a solid conversation that wasn’t forced and made for a great start to our vegas trip!“

I drove up and had NO CLUE what I wanted to drink. I told her that I wanted something with yummy coffee strong, and some kind of mocha and I wanted it to be iced.

I have no idea what she made me maybe a frappe or cappuccino it was absolutely delicious and she has the sweetest personality in the entire world. Of course I tipped her cuz she's a doll. And I was even able to get the donut that I like. Just go Valerie makes the experience all worth it.

“Ordered the sourdough sandwich. This is made with 2 fried eggs, bacon and white cheddar cheese. It’s enough to start the morning, good hot meal and was quick to pick up. This location gets busy in the morning rush so you may want to come a little earlier.“

“The girl who worked Monday morning 2/10/25 was knocking it out of the park !! One gal show!! She ran the front and back of the restaurant and was amazing made me the best large shaken espresso with brown sugar and the two guys who worked Sunday morning were amazing , very nice also, and made my drink amazing and thankful they made my drink first cuz I came back, but today Tuesday 2/11/25 I don’t know what he did but my drink was terrible and I ended up throwing it away but thanks for the amazing days, dude on Tuesday need to figure out how they are making it … thanks for the great experience!!!“

“Great service, great coffee (even in the early evening). Donuts were also fresh, although not an abundant selection, but to be expected at that hour. Quick and easy, fast service going inside. Clean inside and plenty of space to eat in. Stop here before heading back to the airport to avoid their inflated pricing.“

“It’s Dunkin’ Doughnuts in a casino; it’s just as good as any other Dunkin’ you’ve probably been to, but you’re gonna pay that casino up charge. Not a terrible breakfast choice if you don’t mind paying more than you might be used to.“
