Dutch Bros Coffee is a popular and friendly coffee shop that offers a variety of delicious drinks and treats. Customers often praise the staff for their friendly and positive attitude, making every visit pleasant. Many appreciate the quick service, especially at the drive-thru, where drinks are often ready before they even reach the window. The menu includes favorites like hazelnut truffle mocha, peppermint mocha, lavender white mocha, and seasonal options such as the holiday Hazelnut Truffle Mocha Blended Freeze. The chocolate chip muffin top is also a popular choice.
The shop is known for its rewards program, which offers benefits like a free birthday drink and special deals, making it a favorite for regular visits. Customers enjoy the in-app rewards and appreciate staff help in guiding new users through the process. Many mention the welcoming atmosphere and the good vibes created by the staff, which can brighten even a tough day.
However, some reviews note issues like drinks filled mostly with ice—sometimes up to 80%—which can lead to less drink and more ice. In some cases, customers were offered a replacement or charged extra for less ice, and staff were described as handling these situations well.
Overall, Dutch Bros Coffee is appreciated for its tasty drinks, friendly service, and positive environment, making it a go-to spot for coffee lovers in the area.
