I took my mother and aunt to the palms casino for a concert this last Saturday May 16th, after that we decided to get some Earl Of Sandwich at the food court which took a bit too long but that's fine.. now what makes me mad is that they're supposed to close at 11pm according to their website and while we ate we decided to order more food and when I was about to walk in there they just shut the lights off at 10:43 and I asked them if I could order some food since it wasn't 11 and I was told NO very rudely by a woman with short white hair and that they close between 10:40 and 10:45 everyday! So Earl Of Sandwich company please tell your employee to be nicer and also change that specific store closing hours on their website!!! Thanks

Stopped by Palms Casino and me and the bf decided to grab some lunch here. Never tried this spot before so I was a bit reluctant but both sandwiches we got were pretty good! Wish I could say the same about the service we received. Tiffany O, as was printed on the reciept, who took our order today at 1:32 PM was so extremely rude it’s kind of comical looking back 😂 right from the jump her tone towards us was condescending and dismissive, as if she was annoyed. So TLDR is sandwiches good, tasted good and fresh. Service no good, super cranky cashier!

Rude. Tried to order 3 different sandwiches and told they had none of them. The woman with the braids and the older lady with the white hair were the ones working. Totally dismissive and unwilling to be of service. As a small business owner myself I chose earl of sandwich over McDonalds and Panda Express to try something different and new only to be told they’re not serving anything on the menu. Terrible. I’ll never go back.

I had the Cuban sandwich. I was told it was served cold and asked if that was OK. Didn’t want to order something else so I said yes. But Cubans are supposed to be hot. It had WAY too much mustard on it. I could barely eat it and I’ll eat almost anything. They didn’t cut the 12 inch long sandwich in half either.
I show up at 10:26 and the lady said they wear closed but it say there open til 11 on Google wow kinda rude

Avoid at all costs. Unfriendly cashier and unaccountable manager. The cashier Amber has been reported to management for over a year in various reviews on here and they still have her there! They don't care.
Amber, the cashier, was incredibly rude and unwelcoming when we asked her to check our food credit. Instead of simply assisting us, she acted like we shouldn’t even be there, then snarkily stated the amount as if we were inconveniencing her.
To make matters worse, when we addressed her attitude, she completely changed her demeanor in front of the manager, pretending like nothing had happened. The manager, instead of holding her accountable, was just as dismissive.
As locals, we frequently visit different establishments in various casinos and use the comp or food credit we’ve earned. We’ve never encountered such an unpleasant experience elsewhere. Definitely won’t be returning.
