Avoid at all costs. Unfriendly cashier and unaccountable manager. The cashier Amber has been reported to management for over a year in various reviews on here and they still have her there! They don't care.
Amber, the cashier, was incredibly rude and unwelcoming when we asked her to check our food credit. Instead of simply assisting us, she acted like we shouldn’t even be there, then snarkily stated the amount as if we were inconveniencing her.
To make matters worse, when we addressed her attitude, she completely changed her demeanor in front of the manager, pretending like nothing had happened. The manager, instead of holding her accountable, was just as dismissive.
As locals, we frequently visit different establishments in various casinos and use the comp or food credit we’ve earned. We’ve never encountered such an unpleasant experience elsewhere. Definitely won’t be returning.

It's a great sandwich. Typical Vegas prices but it's at least very good. Food court area seating.

Best sandwiches in Vegas. I think it’s one of my favorite cafe in Vegas cause of healthy food. Going to lunch here every time when I’m visiting Vegas

Hard to give any stars on the food as they packed potato salad and HOT macaroni and cheese without any cutlery on a delivery. Of course I’m not going to head back to the restaurant after ordering on Uber eats. Came from out of the country and was super excited as this place is a regular staple when I’m here. But definitely won’t be anymore.

Restaurant is suppose to be open at 9am worker still didn't turn on lights and take ropes down. She is still brewing the ice tea to prepare to open. She looks like she doesn't want to be there

I went to Earl of Sandwich to grab a wrap today 10/3/24, and the cashier that took my order was so thoughtful and friendly. I went to Vegas for a wedding and this morning I was feeling the celebration lol, so moving a little slower than usual. The cashier asked great questions to help me make sure I got the wrap the way I would like it, and even double checked to make sure I got napkins. Thanks for the great service, patience, and help. Stay thoughtful! Atmosphere was a 3 because as a personal preference, casinos can be a little much for me.

The older woman working here sometimes comes across as impatient and curt. I visit regularly because Tiffany, who wears black-framed glasses, consistently provides excellent service. It would be great if the older woman could understand that guests appreciate a positive and welcoming interaction. I often find myself avoiding her, and if Tiffany isn't working, I sometimes choose not to visit.Everyone has the right to work, including this woman, even if our interactions have been less than ideal. I respectfully request that management look into this matter, as my associate, who joins me weekly, has had a similar experience. We ask that any action taken be considerate and focused on understanding the situation rather than being overly harsh. But it needsto be addressed.

Tucked away in the food court of the Palms Casino. The french bread pizza is literally the best I have ever had. Could easily come back just for that. Their Cuban and Original 1762 sandwiches are really, really good.
Quality food, and great and friendly staff! I will deff be coming back.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of kid menu items. Their kids' pizza bread is amazing!
