EDO is a gem in Las Vegas. Don’t be afraid to get off The Strip. It’s worth it. The tasting menu was terrific. Great exploration of the Chef’s creativity. The place is small but the food packs big flavors. Staff was very attentive.
The food here was simply amazing. There’s a play on textures that I really enjoyed, especially with their popcorn ice cream dessert. There’s not a single dish that disappointed me, and I would recommend this place time and time again. You cannot go wrong! The chef is talented, and the service is exquisite.
