We’re always bringing friends from out of town here. Jewish hubs approved, I don’t like bagels but these are the exception.

The best bagel sandwich I've ever had! The only issue I encountered was that, the bagel sammy, even when cut in half, was a bit hard to eat with out the contents slipping out the back.
I had the maple sausage, cheese and a fried egg, served an everything bagel. Which I might add was absolutely amazing. The flavor and aroma of the sesame seeds, toasted were superb.
The only reason it wasn't 5 stars is because they didn't have the pastrami, yet it was on the menu. You can't go getting a guys hopes up, offering such an appealing sammy, then break his hungry heart, telling him, "we don't have the pastrami today." ?
All yoke-ing aside, if you're in the Fountainebleau and want a good bagel or a good bagel sammy, check these guys out!

The everything bagel is so good, they really overload with cream cheese though which happens even if you ask for less. Don’t bother if the line is crazy, definitely needs an expansion but worth trying

Delicious but 30 minute wait! Not sure it’s worth the wait…obviously very popular but not enough staff to keep it moving quickly enough

$43 for two bacon egg cheese sandwiches and one egg and cheese sandwich. No drinks. No sides. No ability to have them put salt pepper and ketchup on the sandwich rather than point me to the condiments. This place preys off of people that are trapped in a hotel that’s far from civilization. You already know the bagels won’t compare to NY, so with that said, you’re getting an inferior quality at a disgustingly inflated price.

Horrible service! 40 min wait for 2 bagels. Plus no one seemed bothered by the fact that they were just skipping orders. Save yourself some time and walk across the blvd to McDonalds.

EDIT: Came back the next morning for the *PEC Sando. This time I substituted it with a brioche bun. So gooey and good!
The bagels were a bit of a letdown, sadly. We were hoping for warm, fresh-baked goodness, but they arrived barely warm and a tad tough. The sausage, egg, and cheese bagel was decent overall, but nothing particularly memorable.
On the bright side, the lox bagel's toppings were fantastic. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and flavorful, adding a much-needed brightness to the meal.
Overall, this spot might be worth a try if you're craving a lox bagel, but don't set your expectations too high for the bagels themselves.

A bit of a line up (5-6 ppl in front) when I showed up in the morning to grab a bite. From the time I ordered till i received my sandwich was almost 20 mins. While waiting though I watched people in the kitchen preparing foods very seriously, and they take time to prep their foods. That was actually impressive!
Price is a bit steep but that's the Vegas price you oughta pay, and the serving portion justifies the price anyway. The sandwich tasted ok.
Would I go back again? Probably not.

I got the EB bagel (scallion cream cheese, jalapenos, and bacon) and my husband got the BEC bagel (bacon, eggs, cheese) and both were outrageously delicious ?. Easy to order, food was quick, everyone friendly, and clean seating area.

If you see a long line, don't order here.
It's been forty minutes and I have still not received my order of two bagels. The crowd waiting for orders keeps growing.
Edit: It's been over fifty minutes. A manager took my receipt and said they're working on it, but still no food...
Edit 2: Finally... 55 minutes later, I got my food. At least it was delicious.
Edit 3: The manager later came by and apologized for the wait and said he'll refund our order. So that's good. I've updated my overall rating from 1-start to 3-stars.
Edit 4: I have not received a refund. I am returning my review to 1-star.
Edit 5: In response to response: How do I send you a DM? As far as I can tell, I do not have the ability to send you a direct message on Google Maps.
Edit 6: Received a phone call from El Bagel today (8/6/24) and received a refund for my order. I'm updating my review (again) to 3-stars for making it right.
