Came in to this Pollo Loco on Diamond Blvd. and asked Kevin for some chile serranos and he, very kindly game me some. He was courteous and attentive. Establishment is very clean and fast service provided. Way to go Kevin and his staff. ??? great job!!!

I’m 83 year old lady I went early today and the staff was very helpful and patient while ordering The Manager Kevin came to assist their customer Service is excellent Thank you I’ll be coming back
