If you want a good restaurant with geat tasting food, ambiance, and atmosphere, then Fiamma is your restaurant. Located in MGM Grand Hotel. Ate here on my last night in Vegas it was amazing. I ordered a surf and turf absolutely loved it. Amazing A+ service from the hostess, to the servers to everyone. If you're a foodie, or looking for a great tasting meal in general then come here for dinner. I recommend this place for a couples date night, anniversary, birthday etc. On my next trip to Las Vegas I will definitely eat here again.

First time visiting and everytime we tasted a new dish, we'd look at each other, amazed at the flavors. It was superb! Love that the portions were generous. The service was great! Our waitress and the rest of the staff were helpful and polite at all times. We shall return soon!!

First of all I write these reviews by taking out the absurd prices you pay for a fine meal in Vegas. That being said, we rather stumbled on this place before going to a comedy show in MGM Grand. From start to finish everything about here was great. Wonderful atmosphere, nice music, perfect food and service. You even get greeted by your own sommelier when ordering drinks. Our gentleman was an expert not only in wine but whiskey as well. Very cool. Take your time and have fun here!

Very good Italian food. We did a private party which is family style. The only gripe was it was way too much food! Like enough for 5 more people that we had included for.

So delicious beef. The vibe in the restaurant was nice and the service very good. We had a great conversation with a female staff. I do recommend this place which is part of the MGM voucher program.

Food was good but not too there point of stunning. I've been to many of chef Michael Mina's restaurants and this is possibly the most low key one I've been to. Price was acceptable. But nothing in particular to be acclaim about. Service was also very good but nothing out of the ordinary. All in all solid.

2nd time here. I can to my anniversary dinner. The food is amazing. Love the linguine and clams.. and the octopus was delicious. I had a blueberry mule made with fresh blueberries was so good. Our waitress was super nice and knowledgeable on the menu. Definitely coming back for a delicious dinner and drinks:)

Really great service and hospitality. Restaurant has a beautiful interior and superb cleanliness. The food portions are pricey and smaller compared to other restaurants for the same price. Ordered the fettuccine pesto (without tomatoes), the shrimp was succulent and cooked to perfection. Also was able to try the lasagna and calamari. Calamari is light and crisp, was a little salty but still good. Complimentary bread for the table, their butter melts in your mouth. Also, finished dinner with the bread pudding, it's chocolate bread putting very rich in flavor topped with ice cream white chocolate and shavings of gold. They don't validate parking.

We were so impressed with the food and service at Fiamma. It's such a lovely ambiance, tucked inside the MGM Grand, you aren't even aware of the hustle and bustle of the casino nearby. Based on other Yelp reviews, I knew the Raviolini was a good choice and they were right. Perfect pasta with a mild truffle taste that did not overpower the meat and veggies. My husband got the beef tenderloin marsala and that was amazing. 5/5. It kind of reminded me of beef stroganoff. It had a delicious sauce and perfectly marinated mushrooms. I also loved the sangria served in a glass as big as my head. I'm so glad we had room for dessert because the orange caramel semifreddo was spectacular and served with flair - in a moat of dry ice! Talk about dinner and a show! This dinner was a bit of a splurge for us, but well worth it.

I was staying in the MGM Grand for my birthday and needed a reservation on the night of the Lady Gaga show across the street.. Fiamma had some great reviews so I was quick to make a reservation. The atmosphere is very trendy and cozy but still gives you a view of the hustle and bustle of the casino which is only feet away. I started with the kind of house salad which was super, super tasty. I was going to order one of the pasta dishes for my main but right before we ordered, someone at the table over got the salmon and it looked phenomenal, so I changed my mind at the last minute. It did not disappoint! Our waiter wasn't the friendliest but he did try to bring out a birthday dessert for me which was very nice (unfortunately I had left to use the restroom which is annoyingly outside of the restaurant). But I would definitely recommend Fiamma if you are looking to have a more upscale dining experience in the midst of the madness that is the MGM Grand.

For the prices you would expect a higher quality. Chicken was dry and hard to cut. The linguini with clams was ok. Really not impressed. The wait staff was responsive and it was easy to get in. Finally the asparagus was good so that is why I gave it a 3 star.

I made reservations and dined here on 01/23/19. Fiamma is an Italian Kitchen located inside the MGM Grand Hotel. I arrived 5 minutes prior to my reservation and my girlfriend and I were promptly seated. The server was Jose and he did an excellent job; he was friendly and courteous. We order two cocktails: The Tuscan Sunset, which was not to my GF's liking. I ordered the Paradiso drink and it was good. I enjoyed it. For the meal we ordered one (1) Pear Salad ($15.00) which we split. It was delicious and both of us enjoyed it. I also ordered the Raviolino at $34.00; again we split it. The entree was presented well, but ultimately it was a bit disappointing. It was covered with too much heavy cream sauce. I've had better at other Italian restaurants and also at Fiamma. I don't think I will order this dish again. I have fond memories of having this dish many years ago and it was "lick the platter clean" kind of delicious. Not so at this time. Total cost with two drinks, 1 salad and 1 entree: $90.93, not including tip. There are other Italian restaurants. I recommend you try them all. I have not been paid or coached for this review; it is solely my opinion.

100x better than Giada hands down. They have an option on the menu to have the special for like 1 app, 1 entree, and 1 dessert. It's the best deal. You're not allowed to share but you can sneak over to your partner's place for a few tastes! The flavors of all the food were amazing. Calamari was perfectly fried and seasoned and there was a yummy dipping sauce with a nice zing to it. The clam pasta had so many flavors and my boyfriend isn't a clam guy but loved it. This pistachio raspberry dessert was so delicious because of the raspberry syrup to the side. I decided to choose a more healthier dish and went with the salmon with vegetables (potato & broccoli). The crispiness of the salmon was to perfection and the inside still soft. the vegetables were lightly seasoned and amazing. Everything came to $120 with tax. I went to Giada just last year and I thought the food was nothing special... it was dry, small portioned, mediocre. Fiamma is the way to go for delicious Italian food in Vegas!

3 for dinner My daughter had spaghetti and meatballs. She said it was good, not great. I had chicken parmigiana and Cacio e pepe. Nothing special about either of those dishes. Table bill was $100. $80 for atmosphere and service, $20 for food.
