“Amazing experience for a holiday banquet in the private dining room! David and Daniela were our servers and they were engaging, efficient, and always made sure we had what we needed. The entire meal, including appetizers, salads, main courses, and desserts were plentiful and delicious. The coffee drinks with dessert were a nice compliment. Don't forget to park in the garage off Fashion Show Drive and Las Vegas Blvd; there is a special elevator behind the valet section, in the front corner of the garage, that goes up to the the restaurants, including Capital Grille on the 3rd floor.“

We had gotten married earlier in the day with our family and friends and we were looking for a place to eat. My brother-in-law called ahead and did a reservation for 20 and let them know we had just gotten married. The staff went above and beyond and setup the party room with rose petals and candles. “Caramá was an exceptional dining experience. No reservations, no problem we sat at the Chefs bar and had an educational experience learning about the food he was preparing for us and others. Chef Ismael and Chef Alex and our waiter Alex were wonderful and highly recommend them.

Our starter was the Prosciutto a Burrata with their house made Foccacia bread. Our wine pairing was perfect. We were fortunate to be there for the For the Love of Truffle event and ordered the Ricotta Gnocchi with truffle butter which was divine. While we didn’t have room for dessert, we will be back for that and an espresso martini.

“We had several meals at the hotel restaurant, but breakfast truly stood out ,
it was absolutely top-notch in terms of food quality and experience. I especially want to thank our server Blanca ,she was professional, attentive, and handled the busy morning rush with calm and care.
I really enjoyed the avocado toast ,I ordered it several days in a row! The açaí bowl was also fresh and delicious.
We also had lunch and dinner there, but for me personally, the breakfast remained the highlight and the most recommendable part of the dining experience. The lunch and dinner menus didn’t quite match my preferences, I found it a bit hard to choose something I truly loved. However, that’s a matter of taste, and others might enjoy the options more.
