“I ate here at around 2:00 p.m. on May 20th 2024. The sandwich was so delicious, the Italian sub. Anyway I've always been kind of down on Firehouse because of the size and the price but I have to say this was so delicious and worth the money!

“FirehousebSubs is in a league of their own. There just isn't a competitor to them. When you've had a Friehouse sub, you KNOW when you want another. The other sandwich shops are just that... sandwich shop. And that's fine but when you want a Firehouse sub... there's NO putting that fire out with anything else! Also... kudos to McCarren Marketplace for continuing to Memorialize McCarren. I don't know why we memorialize a living current government service worker when that job hasn't been successfully completed and post-mordem. AMF“

“This young man helped me out last week with the best tasting sub I've ever eaten. I mean it was like the hands of God made this sandwich. I believe his name was Braylon. You could tell by his soft demeanor that he was a gentle soul. Someone who chooses reading a book rather than fighting I really hope his boyfriend realizes what a special guy he has.“

“Ok, let's get real. The food and service made me feel very good. Like home with momma's good cooking. I loved it, but 15 bucks for a sandwich (albeit the best I've ever had), it's still a small sandwich and I feel like 30 bucks for 2 is simply more than I'm interested in spending. For me, quality, quantity and price need to be reasonably similar to an expected standard. The sandwich was too small for the price. That said I think 4 stars is a solid review.“

“This location was pretty good. The guys working there were all very nice and helpful especially with assisting my bf with his hot sauces. They did however put our sandwiches on wheat not white . The one guy left his glove he was wearing inside out to go bag with our food. The Mgr on duty seen it and apologized so it was gross but food was not touched. One guy heard me coughing and gave me a water cup so that was nice. Firehouse subs is always so good.“

“Slow. Placed order in advance knowing this was the case. Arrived 20 minutes later only to wait another 30 minutes before I had to ask what happened with my order. It was sitting on the counter and was forgotten about. Sandwich was cold and soggy. Would have waited less and gotten a more fresh sandwich if I didn't order in advance“
