Second time my husband has gone there at 8:30 and not been helped. Tonight they closed the door on his face and told him we’re closed and we’re going home. This was at 8:30pm no manager in sight, I will be reaching out to the store manager and also to the corporate manager. This is at the Decatur location. He was picking it up for my sons birthday 🥳 great job Firehouse jerks
