“Last weekend, I took my husband to Guy Savoy at Caesars Palace to celebrate his birthday, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. It was our first visit, and from the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless and refined.
We were greeted warmly by the hostess, who had a lovely smile and the perfect blend of professionalism and genuine hospitality. She escorted us straight to our table, and right away, we noticed the thoughtful layout of the dining room. The tables are spaced generously apart, creating a sense of intimacy and exclusivity — something many fine dining restaurants often overlook. The décor is understated, minimalist even, but that’s intentional. Here, the spotlight is entirely on the food.
Before our meal began, we were offered a small carrot and ginger palate cleanser — a refreshing and unexpected touch that set the tone beautifully. We decided to go with the à la carte menu so we could each experience something different.
I started with the seasonal risotto, recommended by our waiter, and I have to say, it was spectacular. Being English-Italian, I’ve always believed no one could beat my father’s risotto — but this one might have just done it. The texture was creamy yet light, and the flavor balance was perfection. My husband chose the artichoke and black truffle soup, which he declared as one of the best soups he’s ever had.
For our mains, I ordered the pork, while my husband went for the steak and lobster. Both were flawlessly cooked, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the sommelier’s wine pairing. His recommendations were so spot-on that I ended up ordering a full glass of one of his suggestions after dinner.
Dessert was another highlight — I chose the chocolate fondant, while my husband had the Coconut Six Ways, both decadent yet refined. And just when we thought we couldn’t eat another bite, the dessert trolley rolled by — a visual feast and a true ode to French indulgence.
Don’t underestimate the portions here. You might expect tiny, delicate plates typical of French cuisine, but at Guy Savoy, the portions are satisfying and generous. As Chef Savoy himself believes — fine dining should be about pleasure, not restraint — and that’s exactly how it felt.
As a Las Vegas local who’s dined at some of the city’s best restaurants, I can confidently say that Guy Savoy is easily in my top two dining experiences in Vegas. Every detail, from service to flavor, was executed flawlessly. If you’re looking for a world-class culinary experience that truly celebrates French cuisine, this is the place to go.

“Spent the evening celebrating my husbands 50th birthday which was also the F1 on the Friday The service was outstanding and the meal incredible (the beef wellington was better than Hell’s Kitchen!!) Would highly recommend and the staff were super helpful with all my questions leading upto the evening for weeks prior as it was our first time in Vegas Thank you!“

The waiters bring bread to the table and just set it down on the table cloth —LOVE! It’s paired with hella delicious butter and berry jam 😋😍
My boyfriend and I split the Steak Pané which is a top pick for Bouchon! We devoured every bite and even were regretting sharing!! 😂
It is highly recommended to order a croissant 🥐 obviously! We chose a raspberry cream filled…wow so delicious we ordered another one to go!
The atmosphere makes the whole experience well rounded, with white & black chairs and French accents to the decor. Very elegant, I mean you drink water out of wine glasses… who wouldn’t love that…??? 🍷
This will be a restaurant we visit every time we are in vegas 🙌“

“I can honestly say that I never had a morsel of anything that I didn't love. Chocolate eclairs and Napoleon pastry are among my favorites. Their decadent Chocolate Brownies must be made in Heaven, then delivered here undercover of night. They are not like any brownies I've ever tasted before… They are the best of the best. The staff here is so friendly and helpful, to boot💗“

“Stunningly good find. We ordered the banana split crepe for the kids for breakfast and were thrilled to find that it wasn’t just sugar. Real whipped cream. We could taste the banana. Just enough of the chocolate to compliment but not overpower. My 1 year old loved the French onion soup, and the savory breakfast crepe really hit the spot. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The French accents wafting out rom the kitchen were a nice touch as well. If you like yourself, you will try this place!“

“Bellagio is amazing. As a local I go there frequently and always have a good time. But, that said, Las Vegas has sold out to F1. There are grand stands every where and you cannot even see many of the casinos. so, until they come down, Bellagio will not be seeing me!“

I will never be able to thank them enough for the special occasion and the wonderful service that they provided for our anniversary. thank you so much. “A ne pas louper. De l entrée au dessert tout est excellent. Un pain sandwich fait maison incroyable, un des meilleurs jamais mangé. Les quiches sont parfaites et les assiettes copieuses. “❤ This will forever be one of my favorite breakfast spots in Vegas. I have never done the lunch or dinner option, but I have no doubt it is top tier. My fiancé and I got engaged here on 11/11/25, the waitress was SOOOOO incredible in helping me video the experience. IDK when we are going back, but I know when we do this is where we are coming.“
“Forke was outstanding. We shared the charcuterie board, which was both delicious and beautifully presented. The beef tartare was exceptional. For dinner, I had the center-cut filet au poivre, cooked to perfection. Every dish was excellent, and the staff provided outstanding service.“

“Beautiful place decorated like a French pastry shop. It's takeaway only. The coffee was very good, we tried a cold Americano and a latte. We didn't like the brioche as much, we tried the nutella one and found it quite dry, as if it were old. The place is quite late.“

“The food was terrific. My server Raul was excellent, gave me some good recommendations and asked how I'd like the meal to be paced. Only negative was the hostess that seated me appeared rather annoyed that I asked her for a different table than the one she selected. Watching her throughout dinner she never appeared to smile or seem happy to be doing her job.“

“I continue to dream about the Tomatini and Burata Toast from the Happy Hour menu. Finer than the food and beautiful surroundings, the Service is at the top of the scale! 6 of us arrive to a full bar to check out the Happy Hour. We were invited to sit at a table for 6 in the bar area, asked if we were celebrating an occasion and described what the restaurant was all about. We were brought delicious crusty bread and got to experience the tomatoes, lemon and olive oil that you prepare for yourself. a great conversation starter and oh so good flavors. All cocktails were wonderful but my favorite was their signature Tomatini with fresh cracked pepper and seasoned cherry tomato. Out of this world! We ordered, beef skewers, burata toast, spicy calamari and grilled XL shrimp. All delicious! Do not skip the Burata. And the Birthday Boy (61) was presented with a lovely raspberry sorbet and 6 spoons. We will return on our next visit for dinner. Maybe another Happy Hour too.“

“Imagine finding a two-star Michelin Pastry Chef in your neighborhood! What a delight! The vegetarian quiche was as light as air and delicious. The hazelnut pastry was delicate and delicious. Nice seating area inside and outside. We took our purchases out, and the reheating instruction for the quiche were perfect! Spotlessly clean! Looking forward to many more visits.“

“Guy Savoy is a must stop on every trip to Vegas that we make. The staff is incredible. The food is out of this world. We were lucky enough to be able to sample the white truffle risotto, which is only available 45 days out of the year. Without a doubt it was in the top three dishes I've ever had in my life. The restaurant recently won the Top award for their wine program and their Sommelier Andrew is an absolute gem. “

“First time visit, always passed it by. Decided to go after perusing the menu online and taking my wife out for lunch. Since were cooking Ham for Thanksgiving, decided on their Turkey Dinner on menu year round. Wife had Fish and Chips. We loved it! Turkey Breast, Cornbread Stuffing, Gravy, Cranberry Relish and 2 sides, Mash and Garlic sauteed Spinach. Nice portion, simple seasoning, felt I was at Mom's house. Finished my plate. The Fish was 4 pieces, not frozen crap, nicely battered, A mountain of thin crispy fries, and homemade mixed coleslaw. served with a bottle of Malt Vinegar and ketchup. Forgot warm Sourdough Bread and butter came out before dinner! My wife got a good pour of house white.Refilled my Coke. Fantastic warm service. Leftover Fish etc. went hone with my Wife. Highly recommend. Will be back for more comfort food. Nice to find a decent restaurant, reasonable, clean, portion to cost, great.“

“Bouchon Bakery is a great grab-and-go spot if you need a quick but satisfying bite in Vegas. I had a turkey baguette, a pistachio macaron, and a mocha—everything was great, and the portions were no joke. I was so full I couldn’t even finish it all. There’s no seating, so it’s perfect for grabbing something handy while playing in the casino. That mocha definitely kept me wide awake—no need to rely on sheer luck when caffeine has your back! Coffee tasted like your average, so it’s not bad.
The true artistry behind Thomas Keller’s work is evident in every bite. The dough of the bread was exceptional, and the macaron was so good it had a similar quality to Ladurée and Pierre Hermé. Everything was incredibly fresh, showcasing the mastery behind each creation.“
