FUHU offers fabulous food with attentive service. The super server Marcos gives great advice, while Surbhi also takes excellent care of guests and makes great recommendations. The French soup dumplings, crunchy Fuhu roll, yellowtail nigiri, and sea bass entree were all delicious. Some guests found it overpriced and left hungry, but many enjoyed the watermelon gazpacho, branzino, forbidden rice, scallops with crispy rice, and dessert options like pound cake and wontons with melted chocolate. The miso tacos received praise as an insane choice, and the matcha cheesecake wontons are a must-try for dessert. Although there is sometimes a live DJ that can be too loud for conversation, the staff remains attentive and engaged, making it a memorable dining experience.
