I came here on a random Tuesday during a work vacation at the Boulder Station Hotel Casino. Service was brisk, tables were clean, a LOT of space, nice waiters, and BIG portions of food and drink. We’re also pretty good. I was not disappointed at all.

I changed my review due to 1. We came here today to have breakfast, the host sat us middle table we waited for 10 minutes no server. So we motioned to the host who is our server then she said oh this table has no server do you want to move to a booth. Wtf.. right. However, our waitress Sharon who is assigned to our new booth is super friendly and prompt. She saved the day!

No sense of urgency. It took 30 minutes to wait for a Caesar salad and when I got the salad, my lettuce are already brown. I didn’t even take one bite.

Such a shame that Brass Fork was closed down only to be replaced by this. The quiet, dim atmosphere is long gone, replaced by loud tv's because of the sports bar theme.
Whoever thought of this concept made a wrong choice.
There is an elderly Filipina lady (at least 70+ years old) who is downright rude and unfriendly. Friday morning, she yelled at my mom when she was taking our orders. She needs to be disciplined and fired. It is completely unprofessional and a disgrace to treat customers like that.
I really miss Brass Fork. Looks like Sunset Station will be calling us back because we will never frequent this establishment ever again. Sad!

A.holes have the stupid TVs at maximum loudness....making us suffer thru commercial after commercial at top volumn. Idiots. We just decided to try this again, and it was AWFUL. ???
First off two things I don't care for, bar and sports. This use to be a Brass Fork. The food was good and so was the service. Now it looks fresh but not some place I would come to at peek hours. The staff here is the best. The food came out hot and was good. As for the look, this place was to busy. Way tomany Tvs and no closed captions. The price was about what was expected $40 for 2 people.

Ordered the fish basket or I should say the bread basket. This was my second time and the first time was very good. Brought my husband last night, terrible. So much breading on fish and shrimp, the fish was dry inside all that breading. Cole slaw was warm and so was tartar sauce! Yuck! Waiter was wonderful. I was disappointed I thought I had found a great fish and chips place! I’m sorry to say I won’t eat that again or bring my friend that loves fish and chips. A $50.00 experience that I wish I didn’t have to pay for.
