We’re big fans of the Venice location (and the cookbook!), so we were thrilled to happen up Gjelina Las Vegas. The food is so fresh and delicious, the pizzas are fantastic, and the staff are delightful. All of the people negatively mentioning gratuity, as if restaurants all over the country aren’t also doing this… the service was very nice and 20% was deserved. And the gratuity was clearly listed on the menu, if you were surprised, you didn’t have a look before going in....

Great service from the start. Vibe quite different from the Venice Beach location but remains understated, but built into the casino. Food was absolutely on point. Really impressed with the pizza quality, ingredients, oven char and the dough. Right amount of crispiness and softness, sauce and cheese (had the guanciale). Roasted mushrooms were incredible! Pasta was al dente and flavored so well. Would definitely come back.

Visited Gjelina for lunch while at the Venetian and left feeling underwhelmed. The menu had some interesting options and prices were relatively reasonable compared to other sit-down spots in the area, but unfortunately the food didn’t live up to expectations.

Service was a highlight — our server was friendly, attentive, and overall very good. Where things fell short was in the kitchen.
