I enjoy the selection of sugar free confections that are served. unfortunately, my last visit to the Doral location, I stood at the counter waiting to be served for over 30 minutes. one young man attempted to keep up with the line that was continuous without requesting assistance from his colleague. the coworker was in the back room and when he came out, was still looking at his phone. at least 6 additional patrons entered the store and were served ice cream before they acknowledged...read full review
