Went for the first time and will definitely be coming back again. We got the plates with Kalua and Lau Lau, and will be ordering them again in the future. The chicken katsu was good too. I ate a spam musubi while we waited for the food, and now it’s my favorite spam musubi around. After waiting for a little, we were told that the rice was not ready and wouldn’t be for a while more. First time trying this place out. Wife got the meat Jun & subbed rice for fried noodles. I got the dynamite ahi and squid luau plate, subbed one scoop rice with fried noodles.We both loved it.They were generous with their servings. Definitely reminiscent of plate lunches in Hawaii growing up. Meatjun was crispy and the meat was tender. Place is super small. Other than that a good experience. Stopped her on aSunday afternoon and will be back. Had some Poke and 3 of the chicken dishes. All were good but the spicy katsu was my fav.
