We went to this restaurant and the service was good but. The food was absolutely terrible the 6 ribs we played 48 dollars for my grandson could make a better rib in an oven there was no meat on the bone at all. My grandson got the there “famous burger” this burger was soggy and had no flavor the Mac and cheese had little to no additives to the taste and it was over all bland. My daughter had order a cocktail and the waiter had given no warning the drink was 25 dollars....read full review

Guy Fieri's Vegas Kitchen & Bar offers a mixed dining experience, with many guests appreciating the outdoor seating area. Some find the breakfast menu overpriced for the quality, but others enjoy the dinner special priced at $39.99, which includes a huge burger, salad, and cheesecake. For an additional $15, the New York strip steak is considered fantastic and well worth the price. The burgers are described as huge and delicious, particularly the bacon mac ‘n’ cheese burger, which has been called amazing. However, there have been complaints about the quality, with some finding the hamburger overpriced and the onion ring inside too hard to bite. Some guests mentioned the fries as overcooked and hard, while others found them super tasty. The double barrel BBQ wings are still considered the best ever had. The restaurant shows potential, but consistency in food quality and service remains an area for improvement. While some experiences have been great, others have been disappointing. Recently, guests noted that the food was really good, and the portions for brunch were just right. However, the service felt slow during busy times. Many enjoyed sharing a salad and the trash can nachos, making it more budget-friendly. Overall, the staff was described as warm and attentive, and the all-you-can-eat brunch received praise for its great food. Reservations are recommended to save time.
