**Hatch Chicken Co.** is a takeout chicken place tucked inside an Arco gas station. The chicken tenders are large, very well cooked, and crispy. The breading and flavor are excellent. The food is absolutely amazing and fresh. Dipping sauces are outstanding, and the mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy, and biscuit are very flavorful. The spicy chicken tender has really good flavor. The price is very reasonable for the amount of food received.
Customer service is excellent. The lady behind the counter fried up a fresh order, boxed everything up, gave extra sauce, and even snuck in an extra piece. The location is really, really clean.
Complaints include that the Hatch chicken tenders are too salty. There is no cream gravy served with the chicken tenders. The venue is a gas station with no drive-through window, so customers have to get out and go inside. The atmosphere is a gas station. The sandwich is decent as long as it is fresh, but there is pre-made food under the heat lamps. Overall, the chicken is bomb.
