Very delicious food ordered the 3 meat combo, Cole slaw and Mac & Cheese . Would have liked arroz con habichuelas y plátano . Unfortunately was not on menu . It was discontinued, due to no orders.
I hope you reconsider those items would have ordered some , and or yuca, empanadas and or Flan .
We will be coming back .

Hog & Tradition is a gem of a place, offering some of the best barbecue with delicious, well-seasoned meat cooked just right. The large portions provide very great food for a very reasonable price. Standout items include the incredible mustard BBQ sauce, the best collard greens, and surprisingly delicious ube cornbread. The ribs are great and the pulled pork is out of this world good, while the baked beans have an unusual but yummy seasoning.
The restaurant is located off the beaten path in what appears to be an industrial park, and it is inside another restaurant, which can be a little confusing at first. Once inside, the atmosphere rescues it with an upbeat, colorful, and very nice space, garnished with diverse tunes. You place your order at the counter, grab any available table, and the staff brings the food to you, always checking to ensure you are enjoying your meal. The service is pretty good and wonderful, with staff who glow with pride in the restaurant. It is a great place for BBQ and a new favorite spot, absolutely amazing and highly recommended.
