Great tasting meat, great menu, attentive and kind staff. No throwing stuff or no grumpy faces. LA Kalbi and emperor kalbi are not limited items so it's a plus. Yuzu icecream was delicious. Fire was adjustable so you can set how fast you want to grill, and the grill changes were fast and seamless.

It's a typical KBBQ place where you grill the meat yourself and the meat was great quality and the prices weren't overly expensive

Walking in, the staff greeted and at you. They were polite and friendly. Although you cook your own food at the tables, they bring you out what meats you want right away after asking them. It is all you can cook and eat in an hour. It also comes with dessert šØ

I usually donāt change restaurants often, but today I decided to give Hwaro another chance after not coming here for a very long time. Unfortunately, this experience really ruined what had been a great day for me. it ended with a very disappointing dinner.
From the moment I walked in, things felt off. A staff member led me to my table without greeting me at all, simply dropped the menu, and walked away without asking anything or offering any recommendations. When the food arrived, the taste was okay. nothing special, but edible.
What truly made the experience uncomfortable was the atmosphere. It felt like everyone working there was irritated or upset. Dishes were being thrown around loudly, and it was very unpleasant. In particular, the female server assigned to our table looked extremely frustrated. She cleared our dishes aggressively and even threw plates right in front of me. She also kept walking around holding her phone. Maybe she was having a bad day, but it really affected the dining experience.
However, I do want to give credit to one of her coworkers. She was smiling all night and treated us kindly. If it werenāt for him, this night would have felt even worse.
Overall, Iām really disappointed. I regret choosing this place instead of going to my favorite restaurant tonight. The atmosphere and service were very poor, and I donāt think I will be coming back. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves both service and attitude in the future.

No refills never flame back after the first round of meat then the lady said last call I was in shock then 10 minutes later they turned our lights off in the booth we were sitting at and then auto gratuity for a party of 4 thatās why the service sucks cause itās an automatic tip no matter what
