Service was great as was the live music. Steak salad was uninspired and about a quarter of the meat was fat and needed to be cut off. My husband ordered the mac and cheese which came with chicken. The cheese sauce had a good flavor, but some of the chicken was crunchy. Overall not as cool as I would have thought it would be.
Food was amazing, good music, and excellent service from my server.
Was not busy at all when we went. It was a very nice place definitely will come back in the future

Jason Aldean's Kitchen + Bar is a vibrant restaurant and concert venue that offers a delightful mix of food, drinks, and live music. Guests can enjoy excellent food, with highlights including the buffalo chicken dip served with crispy homemade potato chips, the patented mac & cheese with crunchy toppings, the Nashville hot chicken sandwich with surprisingly tasty jalapeño coleslaw, and a giant cookie with ice cream. The peach cobbler will be a tradition for us now every time we are in town! The drinks are strong and reasonably priced, making it a great spot on the Las Vegas Strip for solid southern cooking. The bourbon lemonade tastes like dirty dish water, but our waiter took it back without any issue.
The atmosphere is electric, especially during live performances. The service is impressive, with staff members showing great knowledge and being very attentive. The band Van Waylon was amazing and killed our song request, and Band Beyond the Arrow had a great performance. This place is now a regular destination for us. With delicious food, good drinks, and an exciting ambiance, Jason Aldean's Kitchen + Bar is sure to be a favorite destination for those looking to enjoy great music and a memorable dining experience.
