Jimmy John's in Las Vegas

“I ordered Italian in a regular sandwich and it was spectacular! They have the friendliest staffs (counter and gentleman who assembled the sandwich) who greeted us advanced thanksgiving and that we enjoy our stay in Vegas. Amazing crew that’s why why they have an amazing food.“

“I have gotten a number of deliveries from here that I can’t even count. I have never been here in person nor did a pickup. Delivery is fast. I never had any problems with this restaurant. My only complaint is that they’re closed on the weekends.“

“hi Mr and Ms jimmy john i get the number 11 cause it has both meat and it taste good omg and i love their chips esp their pickle chips jimmy john's bring them back or i will cry to hard that ur store WILL FLOOD. “Visited here 3 days ago and I must admit the sandwich was not as large as Jersey Mike’s, but it was so damn good. I ordered the turkey and provolone sandwich with everything including jalapeños, and it was absolutely scrumptious. Very flavorful. I can’t wait to go back again and order this sandwich. I must say with two sandwiches and two cookies, it came up to $28. A little pricey, but it was well worth it. I won’t be coming too often at those prices, but once in a while would be okay.“

“I've had some problems with Jimmy John locations in the past and I get it a couple times a month because it's by my work. However I just happened to be by the summerlin mall and ordered online here to pick up. I was there in 3 minutes and it was ready. The gentleman were so sweet and I was starving so I ate half of my sandwich and I got to say it was the best Jimmy John's sandwich I ever had! The only issues I've been having with them lately is they're not fast deliveries anymore but this location was the greatest ever! The two guys working there were super sweet and I really appreciate them“

“I went to this location recently as my new workplace is located close by. I’ll likely return soon. The folks working were very nice and accommodating to my vegetarian/dietary needs. Dylan and Darren I believe were two of the workers I spoke with. They did great and helped me feel comfortable. I hope to return soon.“

“The employees helped me decide what to purchase. The friendliness upon my arrival to the end of the transaction was great. Food service industry is had to please the customers, but if you are looking for a great sandwich place, that provides healthy food, fresh ingredients, and fast service, this is the place to be.“

“Update: I ended up going in when I got off work to explain the situation and Madeline assisted me. She was very kind and welcoming. She was a huge help and very understanding to my frustrations. Her calm nature and ability to remediate the situation has left me in admiration. Thanks to Madeline, I will be back. I am leaving my original review ONLY because corporate/ franchise needs to be aware of how their general manager Dawn is treating people and potentially losing customers. Thanks to Madeline and the other gentleman there for saving a customer!For the GM: Completely awful! I ordered for delivery and they brought the wrong chips AND forgot an item! I called and the general manager Dawn was extremely rude and condescending! She did not listen and spoke extremely fast without letting me get two words in. Her only remedy was to credit my jimmy johns account which is odd because I DONT HAVE ONE! I ordered online as a guest at checkout so I don’t know what she thinks she would credit! She refused to refund me for the missing/ wrong items or redeliver the correct items. If this is how Jimmy Johns does business then I won’t go to any location at all!“

“What an amazing experience! Not only was the food absolutely perfection, not only did it hit the spot completely, Austin (the owner of the restaurant) was the most kind and accommodating host! He took SUCH great care of us! He was so cheery and happy, and he treated us like royalty. He was excited about the new food they are offering, and when we considered what to order, he went out of his way to accommodate us and make it happen. He really made our day! He and his staff were so sweet, they even gave us a free cookie for our baby. What a stellar Jimmy John’s!!“

“All the workers that work at this Jimmy John's are truly tremendous. They actually care about what they are doing. They care about their jobs. They care about how well they make your sandwich and they care about the customer service and the cleanliness of the actual restaurant location. I highly recommend this Jersey Mike's location over many not saying that others are bad but this one especially is highly recommended by myself. There's been so many times that I have ordered from their delivery went into the actual location to order even when they had massive catering orders. They were accommodating to me and my family as well as many friends that I've brought to this location over and over again. It looks immaculate at all times. I am very impressed by that and the food is actually one of my favorite sub places over most. Let's put it that way. Jersey Mike's is one of a kind!
