Sandwich not made as ordered, employees seemed oblivious. Sandwiches laid on the counter for me. I asked for a bag and employee pointed to the bags, for me to bag myself. Asked for receipt, not given one. Fortunately, sandwiches were good, but will not be going back to this particular store.
Update: I ended up going in when I got off work to explain the situation and Madeline assisted me. She was very kind and welcoming. She was a huge help and very understanding to my frustrations. Her calm nature and ability to remediate the situation has left me in admiration. Thanks to Madeline, I will be back. I am leaving my original review ONLY because corporate/ franchise needs to be aware of how their general manager Dawn is treating people and potentially losing customers....read full review

I love Jimmy John's sandwiches so do my wife and kids they use quality ingredients and the bread omg! Soft on the inside and a lil crunchy on the outside so it doesn't get saugy just like a sub should
