Went here to get a halo-halo since it was really hot outside. I ordered their Special Halo-Halo, and it was super refreshing. I just wish it had nata de coco because that would've made it perfect. I also got the lumpiang shanghai, and it was amazing. They were crispy and well-seasoned.
I came back the following week since I had to stop by the store next door. This time, I ordered the beef caldereta and the sisig combo meal, which came with lumpiang shanghai and an egg. I ordered it to go. The lumpiang shanghai tasted a little different this time. It was still good, but the first time I had it, tasted better. I also didn't get any sauce for the lumpiang shanghai, which was a little disappointing. The sisig was okay, but there was a slight bitterness to it. The beef caldereta was really good. It had a lot of flavor, and the meat was tender.
I'll definitely come back when I'm in the area again.

Sorry my halo halo was half eaten before i remembered the photo. I was checking out the reviews, I think you need to have the correct expectations. This is a small filipino grocery/dessert shop in a strip mall in the suburbs. They are charging $8 for milkshakes and desserts, theres spacious seating, the ambiance is calm and quiet, the AC is good, it's family owned, it's clean, 4.7/5.

Family run eatery. Great snacks and meal sets to take away. They also carry some dry goods and Filipino packaged snacks. Will return to support!

I like coming here to work remote while grubbing on some good Filipino meals. Their salt n pepper pork is fire, and I like their milkshakes as well. This time I got their sisig. ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐

I swear this place is sooo good! Whenever we visit vegas from Hawaii, we go here to get our fix for filipinos snacks, pastries, and the pancit malabon, palabok, and pancit canton! The pastries and candy is so delicious too, especially the halo-halo!

Drove 12 miles to try this place out. tried the yema and polvoron. The yema was crunchy and tasted very stale. Like the smell of a cabinet in your mouth. The polvoron is just milk powder in a oval and was soft. It didnโt break apart like regular polvoron, it tasted like flour and nido, like a person TRIED to make this. Price was way too expensive for the yema, barely any pieces. The expiration dates were so confusing too. Polvoron is milk, but it lasts till July 2025?? The yema Sept 30 2025?? I just think they actually expired on those dates but they just put it a year forward. Disappointed and do not recommending buying the products.

Kakanin Filipino and Pastry is amazing! They make their own kakanin! The cassava cake was my favorite, and it really satisfied my craving for filipino treats! They also serve warm foods like Pancit Malabon, bulalo, and Beef tapa. Super friendly staff too. Definitely five stars!

Been going here for their Halo Halo but lately they haven't been putting ube ice cream as a topping and it is a random flavor but I cross the line on putting avocado ice cream as a topping on a Halo Halo.... Please call before you go and find out what flavor ice cream they will have.... Halo Halo for me has always been ube... I'm disappointed ?
The food here is awful and the owners are not friendly. They will judge you by your appearance. As if we are going to steal their food.
