Awesome staff and service. YUMMY oysters and Bouillabaise. We loved the food. The atmosphere at the bar was a little hustly bustly for us, but the friendliness of our server certainly made up for it, as did the FOOD. Definitely recommend if you are staying at Red Rock... especially if you're on business and can expense it. Things are steep around here ; )
We live in the Centennial Hills area and hate driving to the strip for a good meal. Since Red Rock is so conveniently located, we decided to try their oyster bar and it did not disappoint. The oysters were tastefully succulent, larger than usual, and exceptionally delightful. I ordered their bouillabaisse and my wife had home style gumbo. Both were expertly prepared and thoroughly enjoyable. We were particularly impressed with the professional and proficient service we received....
