Update - I visited on 11/23/24 around 1:30pm and I had the vodka pasta to go (it would've been good, but had chili on it that I asked not to have), but I let the hostess know that the website is down (the site expired on godaddy) and her response was "yea I've heard that." It's F1 weekend and people don't have a way to see your menu if the website is down...something to think about.

Kassi is such an aesthetically pleasing spot, located inside the Virgin Hotel (formerly the Hard Rock), and they still offer free parking—definitely a nice perk! With seating by the pool, it has a relaxed, elegant vibe that’s perfect for a weekend lunch. We went around 1:30 on a Saturday, and it wasn’t packed at all, which made for a nice, easygoing atmosphere.
We ordered a few things to try, starting with the fries. They were decent but a bit too crispy...
