Absolutely love this place. I was able to try this location and lived the service. Will definitely be back. One flaw was the cauliflower as it was not what we expected as it was supposed to be a signature item. The short rib was the highlight of the meal as well as the shishito peppers and cucumbers were very good. Definitely recommend this place as it’s one of few places in the Fontainebleau Las Vegas I would go too.

This restaurant is located on the first floor of the Fontainebleau hotel and casino. It has a bar in the front and a private room in the back for private parties. We were here for a private corporate event and we had a blast with a DJ and karaoke. The food was delicious - I highly recommend the short ribs - and the service was fast and friendly. Definitely recommend.

3.7 stars Pros: some creative dishes but not all were hits. For me to stand outs were duck breast and Korean fried chicken Cons: Paying $14 for a bottle of water after tax and tip. I’m really tired of the “still or sparkling” intro . Had a hard time getting water refills after we switched to tap water. Crispy rice appetizers that were recommended. Chewing those felt like a dental hazard. $22 cocktails didn’t quite hit the mark and a couple felt like they were made in a batch rather than individually. The rice pot dish was also a thumbs down.

Great restaurant inside the Fontainebleau. The food was amazing, The wine tasted great, and the staff was very helpful. A great way to get a first taste of what Korean food tastes like. Can higly recommand the restaurant, although it's a little pricey, and you probably have to reserve in advance to get (a good) table. Great music btw!

Great food and service! My only disappointment was that it's "Asian Inspired", heavy emphasis on the "inspired", when I was in the mood for something stronger the other way with a name like KYU. But I'll have my expectations set properly for the next time!
I think our waiter was less attentive because we didn’t order any alcohol. We were basically ignored. We weren’t even close to finishing our food and he dropped the dessert menu off at end of table for us to look at. That would have been a good point to refill our water - at least once! We did have to ask (even though the glasses were empty). We ordered three dishes - Korean fried chicken, the ribs and the cauliflower. Wasn’t the best idea. We asked if this would be enough food - and he told us yes, he thinks so. Actually it was too much food with little variety. He could have suggested ordering something from the light bites to go with two dishes. Not impressed.

I had an enjoyable meal here. Very good service, good variety on menu, the avocado salad was flavorful, the filet with kimchi was delicious and the cut was very high quality. The broccoli side dish was fresh and spiced nicely. I highly recommend trying Kyu.
