The Shrimp Ceviche is amazing. It was fresh with nice chucks of shrimps and fresh veggies. We got the regular Shrimp Ceviche not the Casero. I love my Ceviche marinated in lime juice for a couple of hours, which is why I stayed away from the Casero Ceviche.We also ordered the Fish Ceviche. I was disappointed to see it was ground up fish and not diced up fish. It had a dryness that reminded me of canned Tuna. Delicious, extremely fresh shrimp, careful and thoughtful service, yummy margaritas! Miriam had me covered on my "no cilantro" experience. I wanted the ceviche, but was told they were already made (which of course makes sense, as ceviche needs time). But while I was choosing something else, she'd gone back to the chef to ask if there was a way, and he said yes! Hidden Gem. Fresh mariscos. The Cocktail Campechana is packed with seafood, the base simple and delicious. Doesn't hurt to have a few limons. Oysters fresh, ceviche perfectly marinated. Super happy with this meal and happy to know this place is near the office
