Worst. Service. Ever! Their waitress spilled an entire glass of water on my husband and wasn't even apologetic!!! She just handed us a rag (a RAG!!!) to fix it, then asked, "you wanted to dry up right?" She didn't care that we just got up and left. Rudest service compared to every hotel we've been to on earth!

Average hotel bar for Vegas. I asked for the bartender to get creative and mix his favorite drink too make, all i got was an old fashioned.

Good drinks, but sloooooow service... Stopped in at Lobby Bar located in the middle of the MGM Grand Casino to watch a little football and have some drinks. While the cocktail waitresses are very nice, the bartenders are extremely slow. And I should say that they weren't even that busy. They were too busy watching the football game themselves....

Drinks were fine once server decided to wait on our group of four. She evidently was ready to go home and didn’t want to answer our questions about drinks or using our room credit. Nice comfortable seating for conversation and socializing.

Average down the board. The drinks weren't bad but I've gotten similar quality at a local dive bar for 1/5 of the price. The service is under expectations for a major casino.

Avoid this place, there a far better bars nearby. They don't even have a drink menu available according to the server.

I had an espresso martini & daybreaker cocktail. The drink price is average for the Vegas Strip, but I did like the attention paid to my drink recommendations & conversations by Lyndon. Would visit again.

Worse drinks in Vegas. This bar is incapable of making the most basic cocktails. My whiskey sour (see picture) was left untouched and unmourned. It seems they just waved a vodka bottle at my wife’s glass and called it a cosmo.

I had a two night stay at this place. I was highly upset because they were dust everywhere I was coughing all the night every time I got inside and didn’t know where was coming from. The electricity did not work well in our tub drain very slow , however, I call front desk and I asked somebody to come up when he did. They he was in our room for an hour of our time when they could’ve just simply motors to another room for things, they still are not working properly till this day.

We made the right decision to stay in MGM Grand on our recent trip to Las Vegas as we received service excellence from staff throughout our stay. The room that we stayed in was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Will definitely do it again on our future visits!

My wife and I booked this trip for our Honeymoon. We are disabled and really looked forward to this, especially being our first trip to Vegas. It was a BIG MISTAKE going to the MGM GRAND. No coffee maker, NO fridge in your room, $35/day to rent one!!! Staff was was condescending and rude during the 2 times I tried to find a solution. So I had no where to keep my insulin. The scooter rentals at the hotel can not leave the property. When I ordered a scooter from an outside vendor I was told by hotel staff that it could not be delivered on hotel property, that i needed to go pick it up. I could go on but whats the pojnt, the hotel just did not care at all. Spent over $4K on this trip only to be disappointed. In my mind I thought MGM would be the best, I was so wrong.

The sheets on the mattress were dirty, the AC was randomly switching to heat. Notified front desk but the even after the heat went off again. 7th floor smelled horrible, elevators were not working properly, especially for the 10th floor? I had high expectations for this Grand hotel and was let down. Had previous vacations at Excalibur and Harrahs and both were better, in price and overall experience.

We booked here because we wanted quality and convenience, as well as for the pools. 1. There were very few staff to be found. Servers were almost not existent for players and drinks were therefore NOT flowing. 2. Machines DO NOT pay at all. Not just us, no one around us was ever winning or had balance about $40. 3. Our room was mid-level price for this hotel. a) We had to walk no less than 20 minutes to our room every single time. It was so far out of the way of everything. b) We had a terrible view of other room windows. c) Mini bar was extended to the counter above mini fridge that we were not allowed to touch. So we were told not to even touch the counter or a sensor would trip and we would be charged $50. d) Bathroom doors did not lock. e) Bed was soft but comfortable. f) Pillows were amazing. 4. Check-in was a nightmare. Over an hour in line and the app for mobile check-in was glitchy. 5. Stores inside casino with amenities were over the top expensive. I expected expensive, but this was insane. And all shops are closed in the early morning so you cannot even buy a water. I assume so you are forced to pay $25 for the 500ml water in your mini bar. YES, YOU READ THAT RIGHT. $25.00 for a bottle of water. Vending machines were difficult to find and often did not work or are your money. 6. Not a single TV in this entire Casino/restaurants/bars/sports book were showing the UFC PPV card. Like really MGM?! 7. We came for the pools but they apparently close at 6pm and the lazy river closes at 5pm (even when it was 34°C). This was not made clear when booking and really sucked. Also, no hot tubs. Music poolside was over the top loud, and the DJ dropped a lot of F-bombs in spite of all the children present. Overall, very very disappointed and wish we booked elsewhere.
