Friendly staff. Great service.
I'm currently staying at the MGM Grand. Yesterday my husband and I decided to have a few drinks inside the lobby bar. First drink was great but my second drink had broken glass in it. Yes I noticed when I started chewing on it at the end of my drink. I have pictures and they also took pictures. All that was offered was my bill taken care of, which was only 2 drinks that my husband had and 2 drinks I had and the second one was the one with the glass.
